Great FREE service! Following their list of bad brokers ensures always being paid by your brokers. I have yet to have any issues with broker payments since reviewing each broker against their bad broker list. The customer service is top notch - they check in on us often and send emails with broker updates all the time. If you do encounter a bad broker they really do work hard to get you some sort of payment - their fees are minimal. You can go wrong with using them!

Amazing!! Can't say enough good things about AWA, especially Jennifer.
I had drop-trailer delivery at Home Depot DC in Redland, CA. When I go there to pick up the empty trailer, I couldn't find it and no one there knew where it was. It wasn't in their system. Checked their off-lot parking, with no security, no gates, and no cameras.
After hours of looking, I finally gave up and report it stolen with Home Depot (random email that no one ever replied back), Police, and Insurance.
Yes, we had insurance, but payout wasn't anywhere near what it would've been to replace the stolen trailer.
