I tried to set an transport for my mother's Dr appointment and was informed that they would not be able to service due to a prior technicality with another facility concerning equipment. It would have been great to have known about this BEFORE I tried to set up transport. I would have saved myself some time in not having to deal with rude management and misleading information..

I work long hours and couldn’t bring my elderly aunt home from the hospital. Shanda was there! She was prompt, courteous, and very kind! In fact, my aunt told me she’d rather have Shanda bring her to and from her doctor’s visits instead of me because I “don’t make good conversation.” I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience working with primecare. Everyone was so nice and considerate. Especially the office managers and financial secretary. They are awesome. My only concern was that the work was 3 times more than the pay. I worked for 2 years straight and not one raise. Didn't complain just kept working. In the end, I got fired for being caring for others but wasn't company policy. I guess I understand more now that it's business nothing personal when you work hard and it's usually not enough for some companies. Beautiful people though. But do remember, God Never closes one door without opening

Today was the first time using this service. I was picked up by a friendly professional guy who didnt mind chatting all the way to my appointment (I never meet strangers). My appointment ran long and they even called to check on me to make sure I had not forgotten to call them. The lady drive who picked me up to bring me home was friendly, chatty, and we hit it off nicely. I generally haul my powerchair around in a trailer but have become physically unable to load and unload myself. This service was so easy and I am sure I will be using it again. Thanks guys!! Laura W.

This was our first time to use this service and we were very anxious. The Prime Care employees were helpful through every step from signing up a few days before our doctor's appointment until it was over and we were safely back home. The drivers were efficient and helpful, including pushing my husband's wheelchair into the doctors suite. Just two small things would make them 'perfect' - I sat in the front seat and the floor was rather littered with papers, water bottle, etc. It could have been neater. The second is both vans seemed to have absolutely no suspension systems for we hit a couple of

Easily the best company I've ever worked for! I was irrevocably surprised to learn, and still am everyday, how much each and every person who works there truely cares about the patients they transport They're not just in it to make a quick buck, they really care! I even had my own mother transported a few times and she still sings praises of our drivers!

A few days prior to my out patient procedure, prime care was recommended to me.When I called ,the person on the phone was curtious and polite.I explained due to hospital regulations, I could not drive myself home after being sedated. When the procedure was done, the hospital called prime care to pick me up.The driver called and wanted to know what the plan was.The nurse wheeled me out to the main front entrance of the hospital in Bartlett to meet the driver to take me home.I called the driver After 5 minutes of waiting outside .She said she was in front of the hospital and waiting.I could tell she
