MileHybrid Automotive started in, 2009, a time when it seemed no one wanted to work on Hybrid Electric Cars. Reports of frustrating and expensive trips to the dealer and independent mechanics who could not get it right were all we heard back then. We decided to focus on Hybrids and Electrics and to be the best at it.
At MileHybrid Automotive we work exclusively with Hybrid and electric cars. We are a full-service mechanic shop, able to meet all of your hybrid needs. The team has a depth of knowledge of Hybrid and electric vehicles ranging from the first generations to the newest technology. I don't even know where to begin. This company and the individuals there have been more than helpful and knowledgeable from day 1.
I called early this week to request a repair. Not only did they know what I was talking about (unlike about 7 other mechanics I spoke to) but they accepted the fact I bought my own part and got me in quickly.
Eric was friendly, respectful, professional and courteous during every interaction from start to finish. I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work and honesty given to me. I will always come back here and recommend to my hybrid driving pals.

Shout out to Leah at Mile Hybrid! She made a bad situation (the catalytic converter was stolen off my 2005 Prius) easier, and it took 1/2 the time that was quoted. She definitely has the knowledge and experience needed when dealing with insurance claims adjusters. That, and the price I paid was well below what I expected. Mile Hybrid can't be beat for the quality of their work, and the experience they bring to the table. Thanks again!

Leah over st Mile Hybrid us AWESOME! When my catalytic converter was stolen while parked at 61st and pena parking, she was patient, communicative, and really skilled repair person. Gave me an option to replace an expensive component with a high quality used part, to save me money in areas I could.

My aging Prius and I are grateful to have found Mile Hybrid! Leah is super friendly, patient, and VERY knowledgeable. She took the time to talk through a bunch of questions and concerns my husband and I had, both on the phone and in person when we dropped off the car. My Prius needed a few repairs as well as a good amount of maintenance. These guys are absolutely the best in town!! I have a 2012 Prius C which has had spark plugs replaced and transmission service performed expertly by Bryon and for much less than the dealerships.
They have a customer for life!
Eric, Gary, Mike and all the guys down there are truly the best, most knowledgeable about ALL hybrids, and really nice and friendly people.
They will even run a test to see how your battery life is and have options to improve the battery life or provide battery replacement options.

Mile Hybrid may be Denver's best kept automotive secret. They have a customer for life in me (or at least as long as I'm in Denver).
They fixed my battery way cheaper than other garages because they build their own. When they needed a little more time than expected, they also did a free check on all my systems and fluids and a quick cosmetic fix that I needed, all free. (Another dealer had quoted $450 for that cosmetic issue!!) A few months later I ended up getting some warning lights again even though the car was running great. Took it in, and they just swapped out the battery while

I've been to Mile Hybrid twice. The first time for a hybrid battery replacement. They screwed up the assembly and the battery failed again within six months. I called them and they said they would diagnose it free since they'd replaced it but after doing the work they charged me full price saying, "oops, the employee who told you that was wrong." I have no respect for a business that doesn't stand by the employees they trained and pay to represent them. Obviously, I took the car somewhere else which is how I learned about the botched assembly.

I have owned 5 toyota Prius and have brought all of the to Mile Hybrid for years. They really know their stuff on hybrids. They have always been honest and fair. They have connections to source new and used parts. They are also a dealer so if you are looking for a Hybrid you can just let them know and they will track one down and check it over to make sure everything is working great. Most dealers do not know much about the batteries and hybrid systems which can cost a lot to repair and replace. These guys are great!

These guys are the real deal for hybrid car service. They are completely bs free and show you what's wrong before they fix it and even tips to prevent the problem from happening again. They have a junk yard out back, so they recycle appropriate parts at a cheaper price since they're technically used parts. Cool by me! They don't have AC so bring a jacket or some water depending on the time of year :)

When I first moved here, my small Prius battery died. Gary from Mile Hybrid came to my apartment, put the charger on the battery, so I could drive it to the shop to get it fixed. The price was reasonable and the service quick. I was low on gas and they even filled my tank without charging me or mentioning it...Can't recommend Mile Hybrid more!

I've had a Prius since 2004, first year of the Gen 2's. It's been a great car until a few weeks ago when the hybrid battery failed. I was ready to count the car off as a loss after hearing a new battery would be $4000. Luckily a friend told me about MileHybrid. Last week they replaced my battery(and even fixed my spoiler that had ripped off) for about half the price. Not only that, my car is getting better MPG now than it ever did. I probably averaged around 43 MPG before and so far I'm around 47-48 MPG. I can't say enough about this shop. It's always scary

After 2 and half months of aggrivation in my personal life. My car is finally fixed and running. She will be home and working by this weekend.
I will never ever will take my car to Arapahoe KIA again. I trusted them in putting a new transmission into my car. Spent close to 5k dollars with them and they couldnt give it back to me in running shape. Had to tow it back home.
I had Mile Hybrid look at it and it took them 2 days to fix the problem. Eric the owner, Gary the service advisor and high props to Neal the Technician in overcoming my challenge. You guys have made me and my clients happy again
