Once the source of your pain has been identified, we will create a custom treatment plan for you that can include everything from traditional therapies such as massage, physical therapy, or medication, to the more cutting-edge treatments of regenerative therapies such as Stem Cell Therapy (SCT) or Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
Leila Miklos, our nurse practitioner, became a family nurse practitioner in 2010 and has over 20 years of patient care experience. She specializes in comprehensive pain management, perioperative medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, aesthetic medicine, and corporate clinic compliance. She obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
Sometimes the pain is too much and sticking with traditional interventional pain management just won't cut it. Consulting with each patient, we create a custom, multi-disciplinary approach that will allow you to focus on your life. We use an array of treatments, including pain blocking techniques such as injections, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, RF rhizotomy/neuroablation, and more.

Horrible experience with the office! I agree with the no return calls and just plain incompetence with the staff. No one seems to know what is going on and just don't seem to care. I tried for 6 months to schedule an appointment, having excruciating pain, nope, didn't happen. I was in the office with Dr. Shah, she sent a message to a staff member, said she would be calling me any minute...almost a week later I had to call the office, still no appointment. Went to get my records, nope, 25.00 charge to give them to me but a Dr. Can request them at no fee... Why do you think I need them, actually

My experience with the clinic has been the best experience I have ever had from any medical care! Professionalism and care at its best. Dr. Shah has been one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. The amount of knowledge and passion she delivers would have to be the standards all medical clinics should aspire to!
I have never felt better
Thank you all!!!

My pain level was 8/10 when I first visited with Dr. Shah after being involved in a car accident. I had a tear and some damage to my left wrist. She recommended stem cell injections so I tried that. After just three weeks my pain level decreased to a 5/10, three weeks after that my pain is maybe a 2/10. I had three weeks of therapy there with Cole and he was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Shah and her amazing staff! The women in the office are so friendly and helpful. It’s a very positive and wonderful atmosphere! I highly recommend being treated at this office

UPDATE: Funny they responded to my review immediately but they did not have time to contact me for my side effect. I called them in the morning again and they transferred me to Dr shah. She is RUDE and was more worried about my review than my side effects. She discussed my symptoms for couple of minutes and told me "I don't know what is wrong with you, go to ER" and spent 10 minutes to talked about my review. I went to ER and got a huge bill cause she didn't know anything. And today, here I am with a swollen neck trying to fix their mess. STAY AWAY FROM HER if you don't want to waste your time

Best staff, service, kindness, results and overall experience EVER! Dr. Sheba Shah and her entire team are THE BEST pain management team I have ever been treated by for lower back pain. They are compassionate, non-judgmental, very accessible and accommodating with the sole goal to help you with your pain, and reduce it in the most safe and reasonable methods possible. I TRUST Dr. Shah, Leila, and Kristi more than I have ever trusted other medical professionals before-they are highly skilled at what they do. Plus, their anesthesia docs mimic the exact same qualities as Dr. Shah's team so you always

This place is a rip off. Dr Shah is rude she doesn't like to listen. I found her very threatening and uncaring. I'm very happy I have moved. Dr Shah was the first pain management I had ever needed to goto now that I am at another pain management office and am actually getting the help I need for A LOT less money. I realize that I wasn't cared for at all at this place.

I am happy to endorse Orange Medical Pain Management. After years of chronic pain, I had surgery, PT, and most of the available treatments for pain. After my "Pain" doctor retired, I was referred to Dr Shah. I was skeptical, because I had been told that I had tried every current treatment...however, upon the first meeting with Dr Shah, I was warmly received. She immediately understood my medical situation and offered several treatments that I had not heard of. After each treatment, the staff always calls to follow-up and seem genuinely concerned. My medication was changed and I feel tremendously

I love the place because they are the best, and I have seen some pain management clinics. There are no drug addicts looking for their next fix here. Sheba keeps that under control, and monitors her patients relentlessly; she wants to fix your pain, not saddle you with another whole set of trouble. I trust her explicitly. You should too.

Dr. Shah is an amazing pain management specialist. I recommend her to all of my clients who have suffered an injury after a car accident. She is so knowledgeable and understanding about patient care and the pain you can be in as a result of an auto accident. Her staff is top notch and take really good care of everyone. I can't recommend her enough!
