We went here after making an appt on Facebook and met with Eduardo. He was very kind and professional, not pushy at all. He helped us while we were stressed and moving and we don’t have the best credit but he found a way to help us get what we want at a price we could afford. It was a wonderful experience all around. It was the easiest part of our move! We slept on our new bed in our new home last night and our backs feel amazing. We got the Queen Beautyrest Posturepedic. I recommend it as highly as I recommend Boxdrop and Eduardo!! Thank you guys!!!

I purchased a mattress, box springs and queen size bed. The original purchase went great. Awesome customer service. After a couple of days the stitching on the pillow top mattress start to unravel and left just a big blob of material. I called the store and talked with salesman that had waited on me and the owner. After a few days of going back-and-forth I got a new mattress for replacement. The store owner and the assistant manager of the store did everything they could to satisfy me as a customer. They did the right thing and followed through. I would recommend BoxDrop Carolinas for their customer

Have had a Year and still LOVEEEE it!
Bought our mattress a year ago this month from BoxDrop Carolinas after shopping & almost splurging on a $3,000 mattress and box spring elsewhere. So glad we decided to check this place out before we purchased. We spent less than half of that, got the mattress AND adjustable frame (which is a total must if you can afford it, I highly recommend). It's been a year later, we still love it! We got the Saphire Sleep. It also fits right inside our bed frame, but I would recommend measureing first to be sure if you are getting the adjustable frame. Get it seriously

Oscar and Mav were so helpful. I was a first time homebuyer and was super nervous as I know nothing about furniture or mattresses. I wrote a review 6 months ago after my 1st visit here. I purchased a king mattress set. It was delivered in April 2021 by July 2021 one side of the mattress has sank. I went on the company website to find warranty info. There was none listed. Josh stated when I purchased there was a warranty as long as I used a mattress cover. And I did. I contacted josh an was informed I had to bring the mattress back to the store for a swap out but I dont own a truck to do that. And it was never mentioned that I would have to bring it back myself. I went to the store an spoke with a different sales person. An

Met with Josh today and he was incredibly helpful and most professional. He was knowledgeable, and assisted with loading the mattresses for me and he even went out of his way when they didn’t have a mattered I wanted to make sure I got what I needed! I would highly recommend this place and this guy! He was AWESOME!
