I purchased a mattress from GMC a year and a half ago and had some sagging issues. The owners took great care of me and delivered a replacement. My daughter, son-in-law and I went on 7/3/21 seeking new King and Queen sets. We traveled an hour away going to another location we had heard about. Needless to say, was terribly disappointed in the salesperson and inventory there so "yelped" other mattress stores close by and lucky us, found Greenville Mattress. The owners were kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy . Did not rush us at all. Greatest buying experience ever. Adult children got the king adjustable bed set and I got queen 2 pc. This place is amazing! It is locally family owned and operated. The owners are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They even let you look around without breathing down you neck like other stores. These guys are fantastic! Ever made a purchase of something you never thought you needed, only to find you out it was the thing you needed in your life. I purchased a Rize Summit Adjustable designed to work with an existing platform bed from Greenville Mattress. It came in on-time, was delivered the same day. The delivery guys were fast, courteous and professional. The office staff, which I believe are the owners were also great. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a mattress from them. These people do not care at all. They are all about the sale and their mattresses are absolute JUNK!!! I bought a mattress a year ago and after a month of sleeping on it, I called them back to tell them I wanted to return it, as they had a guarantee. They argued in every way possible against it, despite telling you that they have a guarantee and you can return it if you are at all not satisfied.
