Canyon Health Center offers Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Chinese medicine and functional medicine to meet the individual needs of our patients. As a California Licensed Acupuncturist, Jennifer Reilly received her Bachelors Degree in Natural Health Sciences and then her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Bastyr University in 2001.
Our herbal pharmacy consists of more than 150 single granulated herbs which we custom blend to create a formula which is specifically for you. Sometimes misunderstood, Chinese Herbal Medicine is the particular process of combining an Herbal formula, it is the theory behind how to properly mix a balanced formula, not that the herbs come from China.
Acupuncture is one of the modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine that stimulates your body's natural healing process. Fine needles are inserted into the body on meridian points that enhance the body's systems. Decades of Western electromagnetic research has confirmed the existence and location of these points.
This is acupuncture in a large room with three tables separated by privacy drapes. Community acupuncture offers 30 minute acupuncture sessions treating one primary complaint per visit.

Functional Medicine is a science based approach using your history, symptoms, and lab results to develop a highly individualized, comprehensive health plan.

I've had chronic neck pain for a long time. I've had chiropractic treatment, massage, PT, and even have had a cervical spine specialist trying to help me. Luckily, my health insurance covers Accupuncture and I have been having treatment since mid December. What an amazing difference it has made! Cannot say enough GREAT THINGS!
I started going to Jennifer 15 yrs ago after having multiple miscarriages. My hormones needed to be regulated and I did not want to take hormones. I went to Jennifer every week for treatment and got pregnant not long after. I went every week till my 12 wk mark in my pregnancy and every other week after that. My pregnancy was healthy and without problems and went through labor pretty much pain free with zero medication! I was at 10cm dilated and playing cards.
Now my son who is 14 yrs old now is a competitive soccer player and has had some injuries and I'm here

I was worried about the care I would receive because my insurance was Worker's Comp. I love this place and the people who work there. Michael was the massage therapist that treated me and he is the best! Kind, considerate, intelligent, and honest!
He would tape my arms and shoulders every week and now my arms are healed! I am astonished and so happy. Thank you Michael and thank you Canyon Health Center. These people are wonderful!

I love coming here for acupuncture! This is my place to come to relax, clear my mind, and de-stress! Kasha Ra does a phenomenal job with acupuncture and has helped me overcome several challenges through her work. She is extremely down to earth and very understanding. The atmosphere is relaxing as well and everyone that works there is kind and willing to work with your schedule.

My post stroke swelling was severe for over a year. I had seen a total of 19 physicians and physical therapists including physicians for my spinal fusion. I made an appointment with a physician in Switzerland who was recommended for the affected side arm, hand, leg and foot swelling. After trying to help myself with an annoying candida problem from antibiotic use, I found Canyon Health Center, of course, by googling it and was nice to see it was local. I was spending so much trying all the candida protocols online and buying the products from the natural food stores and getting more depressed because nothing was working. Jennifer has been a great help, I have more energy and my tongue isn't on fire all the time, now. I would recommend her for Functional Medicine any time.

Beware if you ever have to cancel an appointment 24 hrs in advance or more, or have to reschedule an appointment later in the month you will be charged and that will go on your record your closely monitored here this business (Jennifer) tends to pick and choose who they wish to have as clients. There are others in town that provide a better service spare yourself and move on

Jennifer and Micheal are the most exquisite human beings. I’ve been going to them for years, and they never cease to amaze me. It’s often been a challenging journey releasing pains whether brought on physically, mentally, or emotionally, they are the most genuine, non judge mental, and compassionate people - not to mention they have really worked with me, and go above and beyond their call of duty.
The lobby is have such a zen state and authentic warm welcoming. I swear every time I want to just go there and read a book in their bright windowed waiting room.

I never thought I would do acupuncture, but once I did a consultation with them the atmosphere made me feel very comfortable and relaxed so I decided to give it a try while I was going through chemotherapy I found out that this was the best treatment ever for me it took away all the sickness and side effects of chemotherapy. I am now a repeat customer for acupuncture, massage and cupping.

I came in crying and in much pain, with my first session of acupuncture and cupping I had 30% mobility movement, and the next session 70% movement. Micheal released a lot of my hip and paos I've been getting physical therapy on. I've came in here for pain, anxiety, depression, herbal you name it.

Wow wow wow!!! I love going here. My treatments are easily the most relaxing part of my week, which probably seems odd being that needles are involved, but it's always really wonderful. Both massage therapists give the best massages I've had in my life, and Jennifer does an incredible job with my acupuncture. It's relatively painless, to the point that I almost always end up asleep during my appointment. The office is beautiful, accessible, and always smells amazing. Worth the drive from Georgetown every time.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in January and have had a pretty tough year. I was recently hospitalized for 12 days and there was so much medication being pumped into my body and I would like to not continue the long term use of pharmacueticals. So I came in contact with Jen and she was so helpful and supplied me with an array of vitamins that I take daily. My stomach feels better and I have more energy!
