Pricy arrangement but it was worth it. I was sending flowers from abroad and they guided me through the whole process, very responsive and friendly. They made sure it was delivered on time. Thank you.

We ordered the flowers in the first picture, what got delivered for my sisters 50th was the dark blue flowers …. She actually thought we had played a practical joke on her , the joke was on us it took this establishment 5 days to replace the $100 flowers , the alternative was $50 refund !!! Not good guys , sending alternative color to white in the form of sprayed dark blue roses ain’t cool !!!

The girl at the front desk cared more about masks than making money for the shop, so I obliged her and took my business elsewhere. This despite the fact that 2 other workers were in plain view not wearing masks, and hers was down below her nose.
Owners really need to understand how much business bad workers are costing them.

My husband just purchased some flowers from this place for my Mother. By the time he got it home, the roses were already withering away. We only live 10 minutes away from this place, so I'm not sure why that would be. I called the store to discuss the situation in hopes to figure out a solution. I was told since they were flowers, and because of covid-19, they will not do any returns or exchange. This goes for everything in the store. So now I'm stuck with bad flowers that I paid a grip for. Do not waste your money here.

Came last minute for a fall foliage centerpiece for my dining table. I said, “Surprise me.” It came out so perfect! Sam was extremely helpful & nice. He was patient to answer all my questions to make sure that the order was to my liking. I can’t thank the team enough.

I did not receive what I ordered. It was expensive and not worth the price. UNPROFESSIONAL and I did not get the flowers I paid for. Nothing. Only thing they did right is deliver it on time. ZERO stars if possible. I’m so irritated.

This is the quality of an expensive 50 roses bouquet (a birthday gift) delivered one day late by Conroy's. When you call them they don't even apologize and offer you to exchange it. Why don't they check the quality of their product in the first place? They just don't care. So unprofessional .
