Since opening Perfect Endings Hair Design and Day Spa in Falls Church, Virginia in 1986, Juja Sylvestre and her team have been offering the finest in European-style hair cutting techniques and spa services. Born and raised in Portugal, owner Juja always dreamed of owning a hair salon.
As a child in elementary school, she would create mock salons in the schoolyard and "charge" the other students small rocks to take advantage of her make-believe hair care services.At age 16, Juja married and came to the United States, where she attended beauty school to learn hair techniques. Ongoing education is important to Juja and her staff.

I found this place randomly just by walking down the street about 8 months ago. Jorge was the one who took care of me. Honestly, I never trust anyone doing my hair. So, I didn’t expect much when I first walked in to this place. But Jorge is so skillful and talented. I always like how he styles and cuts my hair. I can tell he is really passionate about what he is doing. On top of that, he is such a great person and has very good energy. I only let him do my hair since then. I was very nervous getting my haircut with recent reopenings but Juja made me feel at ease when I entered the salon.
Masks are required for staff and clients. A contactless temperature scan is done at entrance.
There is a plexiglas shield at the receptionist desk. All products are either covered up or inside closed containers. No individual smocks are provided and the cover used during the hair treatments are immediately tossed in an enclosed container afterwards. Juja, the owner alternate work days with her two hairstylists, Jorge and Guida (sp), to limit the number of customers inside the salon

I had the best experience at Perfect Endings yesterday with Jorge and Steven. Jorge gave me a wonderful haircut, and his technique for using fantasy colors was on point! I felt totally safe being in this establishment during this pandemic. Everyone was wearing a mask and I noticed there was cleaning going on after previous clients left. Steven at the front desk gets 5 stars for just being all around awesome, and Jorge my hairdresser gets 5 stars for being all around awesome and giving me this fabulous look!

Perfect Endings is the best. I have been going to this salon for almost 30 years. With COVID, I was very hesitant to get my hair cut. I am just not comfortable being inside yet. When Juja heard why I was holding off getting a haircut, she said "then let's do it outside". So that is what we did. My husband and I showed up and got our hair cut. 🙂 The whole team at Perfect Endings are so accomodating. Truly the best. Thank You!!

I don’t trust anyone but George to handle my hair. Been going for years, my mother has been a regular client here for almost 30 years. They know what they’re doing and value long term client-customer relationships, so you know you’re getting good products and good service at the right price. Can’t recommend them enough!

I tried this place out for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. Jorge was pleasant, seems to keep up with the latest techniques, and made my hair look fabulous. He cut exactly what I wanted and gave me the most beautiful combo of highlights and lowlights. Definitely going back!
