I own 3 pair of Brand X Huaraches. The first pair I purchased (on the Free People website), is a boot in the natural color. Every time I wear them I get compliments. They are nice for spring, summer and fall. They end up hitting my leg mid-ankle and the color is exactly as shown. The quality is unmatched. My second pair is a red Pachuco sandal. This review has to do with the fact that I was not issued a refund by this merchant. I returned two pairs of Brand X Huaraches to the merchant on or about August 08 2018. I know that date because I placed an order over the telephone with the merchant for another pair. He assured me that he had issued me a refund. As of September 20th I had no refund. I checked with my credit card company and they verified that I had not received a refund. At that point I instituted fraud proceedings against the above merchant. I have tried without success to reach the merchant and have left several messages, none

These shoes are AMAZING. Brand X has clearly spent time fine-tuning the fit and look of their shoes, and it shows. I wear mine almost every day and get compliments all the time. Two friends have actually asked me to order them a pair. They have a unique look and fit really comfortably-- you can walk in them with no blisters. I love the quality leather and the different color selection. :) I'm a fan.

I have been buying here for years. Every year my mom gets a new color or style. This year I got a new color for myself and girlfriend got one of the new purses for her birthday. She couldn't believe the quality of the handbags. They are not a store front open to the public. It's their Warehouse for their wholesale and online sales. I was shopping in a store in Hudson, NY and noticed another shopper's great looking huaraches. I commented on them and asked her where she got them. Brand X Huaraches, she said. I ordered a pair online soon after. They arrived immediately. They fit like a dream -- 1/2 size smaller than my normal size as suggested. And I think they look really hip! And they're super comfortable right out of the box. And at a great price, too!
