Let's face it... talking about insurance just isn't that exciting. It's one of those things you don't really think about until you need it. These ladies and gentlemen have the benefit of experience at varied other large insurance carriers, so they know the ins and the outs of policies, deductibles, rates, etc. Alex Knapp gave me some advice a few years ago that literally made a $250,000 difference when we unfortunately had to make a claim for an automobile accident that wasn't our family member's fault. These guys will tell you like it is, and that's all I expect out of those I do business with. Thanks folks!
