After 30+ years with Allstate, I have switched to State Farm. Thank you to Ricky Mcmurtrey with Michael Popwell’s office for helping me make the transition. Ricky was able to help me get more coverage for both my auto and rental policies at a much lower rate than my current policies. Reluctantly I was looking to leave my car insurance company for lower rates. In the end, I was glad I did. Richard (Ricky) McMurtrey reached out to me and gave me lower rates with more coverage!! I have a few co-workers that have State Farm and they are extremely happy with them. I felt I couldn't go wrong. Of course I didn't! Ricky was so patient. I love this Sate Farm agent. Everyone in the office is always very helpful and professional especially Joshua Harrington & Winston. Michael has also answered the phone personally several times when I called. The excellent service is consistent no matter who you talk too. Telemarketers are constantly calling me trying to get me to switch my insurance to their company but I refuse. I have been with State Farm over a decade and I'm not going anywhere. I feel very well protected with my home/auto insurance and the customer service is awesome!. They have truly been a part of the family!

Winston was an amazing help!! He had constant contact with me through the whole process. I asked for several different quotes to help get my business up and running.
