During a windows update my PC failed to start. Obviously I was worried. I called up Craig and we spoke on the phone in detail about what it might be and how he could help, he even gave me advice on what I could try. Unfortunately, this problem was beyond me. Fortunately, however Craig was able to fix it! I was hesitant with leaving my very expensive gaming PC with him, but he did is best to reassure me and in the end I'm glad I went to him. Craig was able to recover all my data, I'm talking photos and videos that can't be replaced, and he even moved them to a separate drive for me. I can't thank

Craig was super helpful and repaired my laptop (I'll even admit that I myself am guilty of causing the problem in the first place 😜). Very professional and affordable service. I highly recommend Texas PC Repair. I don't however recommend trying to fix something you know nothing about and making the issue considerably worse lol... TAKE IT TO CRAIG!! He rocks!

I waited a few days to write this review to make sure that the work he did stuck, and I could not be happier with the repairs made. Not only did the owner transfer all of my data off of my utterly dead laptop, but he repaired what I thought was an irreparable computer, AND he managed to make the laptop I had bought as a replacement run better than it did when I took it out of the box. This company certainly goes above and beyond the call of duty for the love of the work rather than the chase for your dollar, and it shows. I highly recommend them, and will be calling for any and all future repairs

What can I say....Craig exceeded my expectations!! He is a man of integrity and honesty and will work to deliver the best solution possible for you as his customer. What impressed me most was when he could not fix my already broken laptop (Motherboard issues), he searched and found me a replacement one on Craigslist that fit my personal needs!!! That helped me get back up and running without having to buy a brand new laptop at a time I couldn't really afford can new one . Once I purchased the used laptop, Craig professionally cleaned it and reinstalled all my old files from my broken laptops hard

He had my computer for less than a day. When I got it back, the computer ran faster, using it was simpler, and he installed free antivirus software that was better than the McAfee I was paying for.
Two days later, he called for a checkup. When I told him I still had a few problems, he came to my house, found the problem in my router, and contacted tech support for me so that he could talk them through the exact problem.
The entire service only cost me $80. I will be using him whenever I have computer troubles again, and I've already told my grandkids to go there when they're having trouble.
