Jeremy is very good at his work, a nice guy and fixed our stove in about an hour. He replaced 2 heat tubes also 2 ignitors and our stove works very well. The job was parts and labor, the repair was $1650.00. I looked the parts up on amazon and they were about $30.00 each= $120.00 all together. I wish I made $1530.00 an hour!

I called on Friday to schedule a repair. I surprisingly was able to get an appointment for the next day with a 9:AM to 12:PM window. The day of my appointment I received a call from a woman in their office saying that the tech's vehicle broke down and that he couldn't make the 9 to 12PM window. She asked if I could do the 12 to 3:PM window instead. I replied saying that this appointment turning into a 6 hour window? She said that his vehicle was fixed and that he could commit to arriving by 1:PM. I said that would be better and the called ended. I then get a call back from the same person saying
