Our refrigerator went on the blink, I called your company---this was last sunday___ "John" came out and he did an excellent job! He was efficient, fast and very pleasant. I appreciated his work very much. Quick service repaired my refrigerator and freezer. It's at 106 degree Hot summer day, and our Refrigerator stopped cooling.

Folks were fast with appointment, but the work was done poorly. I paid for an appointment and, after looking into the issue with my fridge, they proposed to do a repair and they confirmed it will last for at least 1 year. Unfortunately the issue show up again in 5 months. My phone calls were mostly ignored (they never called me back) and my frustration was addressed by continuously stating that there's a 1 month guarantee for the repairs (which is shows somewhere on the invoice, the one that I have never received). Will never go back to them. Other companies give a 1 year guarantee for their repairs
