I had a fridge that was not cooling, and called Puget Sound Appliance based on the great reviews here. They were out the next day, with great pre-appointment communication, giving me a one hour window, and even asking me for the model number of the fridge before they came - I assume so they could have the parts on the truck - which they did. I was afraid this would be a diagnose and come back later with the part for install deal, but they diagnosed the problem right away, had the part with them, and made the repair on the spot. They also cleaned behind and beneath the fridge, clearly explained

Our GE refrigerator made a loud noise. Puget Sound Appliance Techs came out and charged us $850 to “fix it”. The noise never went away. I called them for help a couple of weeks later for assistance and they told me to just reset my breaker. I thought why didn’t you just say that before you charged me $850. The breaker solution didn’t help. I finally called GE and they sent out there own tech who only charged me $220 to fix the refrigerator. No more noise. I told

Jordan is terrific!
These guys always show up when they say they will and NEVER overcharge. As a single mom who knows NOTHING about fixing appliances and has little disposable income, it is a TREASURE to find a place/people who I can trust. They do an excellent job, clean up after, and always resolve the issue. I am comfortable having them in my home. They even give “free advice” from time to time. They are my go-to handymen and are very helpful!

The power in my community recently went out. When the power was restored my refrigerator/GE Monogram quit cooling. I was scrambling to get the refrigerator restored and came across Puget Sound Appliance. The two employees arrived on time, used shoe covers and we’re extremely kind. They showed me the issues and took the time to explain everything to me. I was very thankful they came the same day and quickly fixed it. I highly recommend this business and will call them in the future.

I'm really satisfied with the job Puget Sound Appliance Tech did, and had a great overall experience.
I reached out to a few companies to take a look at my fridge, and ultimately decided to go with Puget Sound mostly because of the overwhelming positive reviews they had.
Jordan and his partner arrived on time wearing masks and couldn't have been more courteous. After the 25 minute diagnostic, I was given a quote and it wasn't a high pressure decision—Jordan said he's happy to part ways if we didn't want to do the work. They performed the part replacement/fix and were in and out in an hour.

They responded so quickly and professionally. They quoted upfront the service fee. They gathered information from me and were honest. We scheduled appointment but day of my freezer started working normally. I called and cancelled appointment. They were so professional, understanding. We had an issue with our dryer so we made an appointment. Turns out when the movers installed it they failed to mention that our gas dryer wasn’t compatible with our electric hookups. The tech (Jordan) came in and saw it right away and didn’t charge us anything for coming out. Highly recommend. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions about how to solve to proceed as well.
