In order to qualify for the referral program, you MUST mention the referring customer's account number OR that you are signing up under the "Referral Program" at the time of sign up. When you refer a neighbor for trash and recycling service, you will receive $20 credit on your bill. The neighbor you refer will also receive a $20 credit on their first bill.
A.J. Blosenski, Inc. has a dedicated CSR team available Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in order to service our customers. We employ a full time receptionist who will answer the phone and direct your call to the appropriate department. Each department is professionally trained to provide our customers with the most efficient and accurate service and information.
A.J. Blosenski, Inc. provides weekly experienced curbside collection of trash and recycling materials at an affordable price. Our fleet offers dependability and quality with outstanding customer support. Each residential customer is supplied with a 96 gallon trash cart. This is a durable trash receptacle with wheels, attached lid, and lifetime warranty for use during the length of our services.
We provide a special pick-up service for those customers requiring removal of a large amount of debris or items not accepted as bulk. Since this is a specialized service, we can pick-up the accumulated pile from any place accessible to our truck. We can also remove Household Hazardous Waste products (HWP) such as Freon (CFC) items, metal appliances, automobile parts, and tires through this service.

I signed up for service on 48 Village Way in Malvern. The first week I had no service and accumulated enormous amounts of trash after moving into our new house bc you couldn't locate any bins to provide me with despite being eager to have my business and sign me up.
I finally recd my bins and had pick up for 2 weeks.
Yesterday (11/22/2021) my trash and 2 red cycle bins were taken by your company.
I called the company immediately, was told no one could reach the driver and no one had any idea when the bins would be returned.
All this before Thanksgiving when I will be accumulating large quantities

This is probably the worth trash collectors ever. I signed for a 3 years service and it worked for 2 years then suddenly they stopped collecting my trash. I called and the service rep told me that the trash were not on the curb. For 2 years the trash were at the bottom of my driveway and never moved. I told the rep it was a private road and she “bing” my address and told me that they should be on the sidewalk, unfortunately for her we don’t have any sidewalk, lol. When I explained the situation and that nothing has changed the last two years they became agressive and unprofessional. Stay

Never stated that I needed to cancel the service, and since you pay in advance, one would assume that not paying would be notification that service is no longer needed. Tried to talk to them about it, and was hung up on. Great customer service! Would give them less than 1 if it was an option due to their customer service!

If they actually show up to collect your trash you are lucky. They have not collected ours 5 times in the last 3 weeks. Sometimes we get notification sometimes we do not but it is always late in the day when they do call to say they aren't picking up and will get it the next day. Also even after mentioning it to the office they still will put the tote right in the center of driveway so you cannot pull in when you get home. But they sure take their payment consistently.

I’ll be switching to a company that actually upholds their promise to pick up trash and recycling. Every other week it seems I get a call, apologetically saying they will pick up on Saturday instead of my regularly scheduled day of Wed. Last week they completely missed, and I never received the courtesy of a call back when I left a message to report it. Numerous times had to fish out the recycling bins from the creek by my driveway or couldn’t pull in because they completely block the drive, and you get nothing but attitude from the office. I have had them for trash service for the last 4 years. When I called regarding a problem with recycling it's new service a few problems early on but got the problem resolved. Friendly customer service and helped get the issue resolved. They're very reasonably priced and would very highly recommend this company for trash service.

AJ Blosenski are our residential trash and recycling. The value is so much better than Waste Management for us! When we were with WM, who prior to that was Republic, and before that BFI, they had become very expensive especially whenever they changed companies! When I cancelled WM they charged me all different fees to leave them and we didn't even have a contract with WM. AJ Blosenski feels like a family owned company and local which is what we like. The men are great and very professional and always on time.

Was with AJ Blosenski for regular residential trash service for several years. Don't remember them ever missing a pickup. I made the mistake of changing companies lured in by a door to door salesperson but it was a huge mistake. Went right back to AJ Blosenski.
Pros - reliable, never misses pickups, always takes everything, customer service easy to reach and deal with, fair about bulk pickups which they now allow one item per week
Cons - wish their cans were bigger, particularly the recycling cans and wished they all had lids.

I am a very satisfied, repeat customer of this outstanding company. I have used a lot of dumpster rental companies in the 43 years that I have lived in my home with a husband who is a hoarder so I consider myself to be very savvy when it comes to hiring a roll off residential dumpster. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience that I had with this company.

AJ Blosenski delivered a trash can in which the lid does not close. I called the company to get a new can and spoke to Jillian.
She refused to replace the trash bin. She said it was normal and to put it in the garage and place a phone book on it and it will flatten out. I am not doing this. I asked her what if that does not work - will you replace it? Answer from Julian was NO - huh.
Meanwhile the trash bins my neighbors received have the lids are shut.
Jillian demanded in a snarky tone that I contact the management company which I did.
Lousy company with horrible customer service.

At the Chester County condo complex where I live, raccoons can be seen daily, in or around all of the waste bins. The flimsy, floppy dual covers don't mesh up so there's a big gap on top of all of the waste bins.
Numerous residents are concerned that the raccoons can be aggressive (as fed raccoons are), or that someone might throw heavy waste bags in and crush live animals.
One of our residents had to use a ladder to bring baby raccoons out from one of the bins in the summer. Otherwise, the resident said, the babies would not have been able to get out and "they were baking in
