That saying has guided me in my Motorsport artwork for many years. I've been around fast bikes, cars, and racers my whole life. I've been fortunate to have painted NASCAR images for Jack Daniels & Richard Childress Racing. Barrett-Jackson, The Bonneville Salt Flats, The Indianapolis 500, Several Street Machine's of the Year, and the Best of the Best have been my subjects for many years now.

I'm frequently asked if I do commissions, which is when a customer wants his or her car or bike painted on canvas. Jody Perewitz, holder of ten Land Speed Records, member of the Bonneville 201 club, and SheMoto Award winner is the subject of Eric Herrmann's latest painting. A unique collage painting was created to capture Jody's confidence and race focus as well as the character and mystique of the Bonneville Salt Flats.
Our sons have grown and moved on, leaving us with a large, half empty home. We decided to move my painting operations into our home and let others enjoy my art and this creative space and surrounding area. We've re-decorated and turned "The Motorsport Studio" into a Vacation rental. With indoor Motorcycle parking & room for trailers, boats, and vehicles, our dog friendly VRBO stays booked year round.
