I was in town from Ohio and needed to mail a package back home that wasn’t so airplane friendly. The gentleman was super nice, very helpful, and got me taken care of quickly. I knew I wouldn’t get this kind of customer service at the post office. I highly recommend them for any packaging needs, and thank you again for your help!

This is the BEST place to ship from. They are super helpful & go out of their way to help you with whatever your needs may be. They are very professional & friendly. The shop also sells lots of cool items that are rare to find. I love checking out all the different items for sale. Everytime I leave this shop, I leave with a smile. Fantastic place! The owner is amazing, he actually prints labels he sells Little boxes if you're returning something I mean cutest little shoppe it reminds me of back home in the Midwest!
I've been to other mail and More stores do homework just in general and a lot of those places, they don't sell little packaging boxes or envelopes!!
Always friendly, always clean, and he is always on point.

Craig went above and beyond to handle my situation regarding a shipment to Mexico. Craig has great customer service and was professional throughout the transaction. I will be definitely use his services in the future for my shipping needs. Also, I did purchase a belt, it is amazing! They also have additional items for sale, such as jewelry, hats, cards, nick nacks etc. I was just blown away with Craig's due diligence to take care of my mailing needs. Cozy friendly and fast. its not the post office but that's what's wonderful about them. they accept most major delivery service parcles with or without prepaid labels (otherwise you pay to ship by your preference) rates are good and the staff is friendly. I had to ship off a package that wasn't sealed and they saved me a few bucks on a roll of packing tape after printing off a shipping lable I could afford with pocket change.

The people there are great. Great customer service. There are a couple of things that should be addressed. I have gone their many times because our mail box does not have an outgoing slot. They say they open at 9:00 am, but sometimes someone doesn't get there to open until after 9. I also think they need more help, because when I need to send a package, and the line is long, I have to wait at least 15 min. That annoys me. Otherwise, I have never had any problems sending a package, and the owner and Melissa are always friendly, and always have a smile.
