Worst shipping I have ever seen. Bid on an auction and they use Westside Mail Center as the shipper. I was charge $20 for Westside's fee and the shipping price. It took a week to even get a shipping quote. Was told I would get an email with tracking info. After another week called back to find out never was sent the email. Lady on the phone tried to send me an email and could not even do that because they " send too many emails". What kind of business cannot send an email with tracking is this even real life right now?

Having called this business 3 times to remedy issues they still couldn't get it right. They shipped 4 very collectable coins, all in one plastic baggie
With no protection from contacting each other, after I specifically told them to put the coins in separate plastic bags so they wouldn't rub or contact one another. So, now I have coins with rub issues that have lessened their values. The shipping should have cost only $20 or less for a padded envelope and a small piece of bubble wrap, total weight less than 5 ounces AZ to MO but cost me $30+ and the devaluation on the coins of $300.00+. I'll not

I have been going to Westside mail center for 12 years. They are very respectful of seniors and give a discount to veterans. I can always find a parking place unlike the post office. I don't have to wait in line, unlike the post office! Len gives back to local charities and is a good community small business member!
