Process all rental applications to include: verifying employment, contacting current/previous landlords and obtaining a credit and criminal background report. Posting/hand delivery of notices to tenants regarding non-payment of rent or other violation of lease terms, as necessary. Coordinate necessary property repairs or maintenance with appropriate licensed and insured vendors.

Me & my wife purchased a property from a woman named Teresa Ward who works for Stackhouse Management, Inc. in Marion, Ohio at a location called Jones Estates, formally Oakridge Estates. During this process we had to involve a lawyer to get or title which was fictitiously dated. Also we have never missed a rent payment but they constantly lock us out of the payment site. The community they run is a disaster. Trash and half torn down homes all around the community which harbors many rodent and bug infestations. The maintenance crew has been caught sitting in the office drinking on multiple occasions

This is by far the worst place I have rented from. Francisco Gonzalez is unprofessional, aggressive, untruthful and will steal your deposit by utilizing his friends to charge you outrageous amounts. BEWARE MILITARY/ VETERANS. He will bully you even when there are receipts to validate your concerns. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. IF you are a homeowner, do not utilize them to manage your property. The home I rented had mold in it, rotting wood, outdated appliances that did not work, electrical issues as well as other issues and he did not address it after emails were sent. Keep your receipts and all messages

Francisco who works at this place is a liar and dishonest person and hostile person.
I spend almost $1,000 to clean the house and the carpet cleaning that they are managing and they were not transparent and kept on stalling me for the security deposit and came up with some crazy reasons for to hold some portion of the security deposit.
I will have a complaint with DPOR and go to small claims court as well. It’s not even about the money anymore. It’s the principle and this guy Francisco only is doing this because I said I wasn’t happy with the landlord. He was annoyed with me and now taking

Stackhouse Management, Inc. deducted $225 from my security deposit for a clean out fee despite the fact that I paid a professional cleaner to do a 4-hour cleaning the day of my move. Stackhouse Management, Inc. deducted $300 from my security deposit for leaves removal even though this issue was never mentioned during the move out walkthrough. Consequently, I have filed a DPOR complaint to address the fact that they worked outside the lease contract to retain $1725.00 of my $2400.00 security deposit.

Beware the fine print!!!! $225 deduction from security deposit for tub re-caulking. We went above and beyond to ensure the care and cleanliness of this rental. Not a word was said by the property manager during our walk through. Had he shown the courtesy, we would've taken the 10 minutes to re-caulk the tubs ourselves. Instead, we're stuck with an outrageous $225 fee for caulking. Honestly, I'm not sure how someone can live with themselves for charging that much money to re-caulk and why that responsibility is placed on the renter. In my opinion, it's petty by the property

I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I moved out of my lease 3 months early on military orders. Good luck getting your deposit back even if you left a crappy rental property in better shape than you found it. As for the rude geriatric lady who works the front desk when you walk into the office, bless her heart she's just a ray of sunshine.
