Only been once, was recommended to me from someone that's gone for years. Handling on my car was weird going fast on interstate. Palmer test drove it, inspected, then test drove again. Other 2 places were not willing to test drive it at all. S&S Tire on Beaumont Circle told me I needed to replace expensive things when I don't. Turned out all it was is tires were way overinflated (my gauge was wrong saying their 32 when really they were 38-40. Palmer did not lie to try to get me to buy anything, and test drove when other places wouldn't. I'll be coming here for my future oil changes/ tire rotation
