Collision Care has proudly been serving customers and exceeding expectations in Lexington, KY for more than 20 years. They have been dedicated to repairing over 650 vehicles each year in their 8,500 square foot facility and constantly strive to uphold their philosophy, "We would show you our work, but great bodywork doesn't show!"
Along with the services you would expect from a quality repair shop, we also offer free loaner vehicles upon request, free touch up of chips and scratches, and a 25-point inspection of your completed vehicle, checking lights, fluids, suspension and other systems. Collision Care is a full-service auto body repair facility where our goal is to serve you, whether the repair is being paid for by the owner of the vehicle or by the insurance provider.
We understand that many people may not be able to meet with us during our normal business hours. If you are unable to find the time to meet with us, we may be able to arrange to have your car delivered to you or stay late to meet with you. If your vehicle is not drivable due to a collision, we also provide a mobile-estimating service on many vehicles.
Collision Care's technicians are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Collision Care is a member of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS)-a group devoted to the improvement of the industry. Collision Care is certified by the Automotive Career Development Center for repairs to the electrical systems of Toyota, Ford, Honda and other hybrid vehicles.

Can't say enough good things. I went to Collision Care to get a broken headlight replaced, and was floored by what a good experience it was. I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable professionalism. They quoted me accurately and fairly, did the work in 2/3rds of the time that I expected, and showed caring above and beyond what I expected.

Went to get an estimate and was treated very respectfully and Chance was very transparent with the work needed done, and the price for the job. Will be taking my car there for any work needed in the future. Update: brought my car back here so they could fix the paint damage on my car. They had it for a little over a week, which was very acceptable. Also, they did a great job on my car. It looked just like it did the day I drove it off the lot when I first bought it. I will definitely come back here if there is ever a need to!

Unfortunately I have been in a few wrecks and fender benders. But I will never go to anyone else besides these fine folks. Jessica is so amazing she made everything really easy, simple, and fast. She worked directly with my insurance company to handle everything. She always called me and explained fully what was going on and gave me updates on my repairs. I am so thankful for you all. This locally owned and operated shop goes above and beyond. They washed, waxed, and detailed the inside when all I needed done was a lower bumper cover replacement. Highly recommend if you have body work needing done. Don’t look any further then collision care. Thanks guys. The front end of my Dodge Charger took heavy damage after an unfortunate incident with a semi. I was devastated at how bad it looked. The reviews for this Body shop looked great, so I entrusted the repair of my car to them and they exceeded my expectations. Great big thank you to Collision Care. The car our three kids share, a 2003 Civic , experienced an accident with only body damage. The car is worth more to us that the $ we would have gotten when insurance totaled it because of cost to repair back to 100%. Collision care found used parts and helped save the car. They came under estimate and did a great job. She is not perfect, now having a few different shades of gray/silver, but we were not going for perfect. Great working with Mark. So, having your car nearly totaled during a pandemic is difficult at best, and possibly dangerous, however the damage had to be repaired as I needed a vehicle. After searching for "best body shops", I came upon Collision Care, and called them...I informed them of my particular circumstances, including being in the vulnerable group for Covid 19, and a desire to save some money if possible. Brought in my 2019 Jetta due to a hit and run in the parking lot. It had some nasty scratches and gouges on the passenger side front bumper where another car must have hit it pulling out of a parking space. To my amazement, they only needed 1 day to fix. Looks as good as new. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Unless the paint doesn't hold up, we would definitely come back (hopefully we will never need to)

I previously went here for a collision repair (rear ended) about a little over a year ago and the repair job was not satisfactory. My bumper was taken off, reshaped, and put back on, with a terrible miss-alignment to the right side of the bumper that the mechanic had no motivation to fix so I took it as is, unhappy with the work, but no other options.
The owner reached out to me recently after I made my dissatisfaction known. He offered to make it right and repair the rear bumper to my satisfaction:

I contacted Collision care about a serious safety issue with my car that had been in an accident. I made it clear that I was not going to have my car repaired at their shop.

From the management to the ladies at the front desks to the quality of work in the shop, this place knocks it out of the park! They can take a crummy situation and turn it into a good experience! The finished early, made my car look better than before, cleaned up my car and shined up the paint, made exceptions for my transportation situation and did it all while treating me like one of the family. I will ONLY use them if the need arises!

I am new to the area, and had to rely on reviews I read on Google to find a place to fix the clear coat coming off the top of my car. I cannot say enough good things about them. They not only gave me a very competitive quote to get my car fixed, but they were kind enough to work with me and do it that weekend even though they were already very backed up. They gave me a free rental car for the weekend and when I picked up my car they had fixed multiple other cosmetic problems on my car for free, including giving me the left over body paint for my car. I highly recommend this family owned business
