I called this business for help on my vehicle & not only was the person i spoke to (Steve) polite & helpful, but honest enough to say he probably couldn't perform the needed service, recommend an alternative place & even gave me tips on how to potentially resolve the issue myself for free! Powers transmission lost money out of his own pocket to save me $100.00. Who does that? Hardly anyone anymore. He checked and found out I still had manufacturers warranty on my daughters vehicle. He called the manufacturer and set up an appointment with a dealership to get it fixed no charge,which saved me a deductible of $100. I would recommend this business to all, 100% satisfaction.

The owner is very honest and friendly. My husband and I recommend Powers to anyone we can, especially the Winchester Road one. Their work is excellent and their pricing is great. We don't trust anyone else with our vehicles anymore. After getting ripped off by countless mechanics, Powers is a breath of fresh air.

I took my vehicle to powers transmissions a few weeks ago. Felt like forever to get it back but that's OK with me because I couldn't be more happier with how my van is running!. Dave powers took awesome care of me and let me know step by step what needed done and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
