We have two types of quality lodgings, inn rooms motel rooms. This breakfast room is where morning coffee and muffins are served for inn guests. For the motel we have an inviting community room with a full kitchen, tables and plenty of space for gathering. Our inn accommodations feature unique, beautiful rooms.

Services
This Portland and Old Orchard Beach Maine Motels Virtual Photography Tour takes you all around the Holiday House Inn, and surrounding Old Orchard Beach, Portland's Old Port and Scarborough. The Holiday House is a combination of Bed & Breakfast and Motel lodgings. The entire property is oceanfront, with the motel building just behind the main house, which houses the inn.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 cancellation for any cancellation or reservation change once initial reservation has been made and deposit received. Reservation deposits-for the 2021 season-may be used for a future reservation (less the $50 fee) for cancellations made prior to twenty one (21) days of arrival date.

Most places I stay at I expect to be worse than the pictures, this wasn't the case here. It was exactly as expected. Being right on the beach was amazing, and that section of the beach wasn't busy at all. Our stay here was awesome, all of the staff were super nice and I felt comfortable knowing if i needed help with something I could get that. It felt more like staying somewhere i've been before even though i haven't. Also, The kitchen is convenient especially because I realized i forgot a knife to cut some food i brought but the kitchen had everything i needed! Super convenient

This place is truly a place to relax. There is a community kitchen, which has enough space to be social or anti social. There is a huge patio for everyone at the hotel to enjoy, with two Sandy trails to the beach. The management keeps everything very clean and very endearing and nice. This whole place is catered for unplugging and relaxing.

I meant to write this review over a year ago but I had an out of the ordinary experience, in a good way, that needs to be shared.
So I brought my recreation group that brings adults with disabilities on trips that are chaperoned on a trip to OOB. My family always stayed at the Holiday House so I decided to book our rooms there. There were about 15 of us total. The hotel rooms are very clean and cozy. Their property is amazing, which leads out to Pine Point beach and is private. Beautiful!!

Been coming here for 12 years with my family and each time it IS the best time! Rooms are super clean, beachy with lots of wood and the motel rooms are huge. Steps from the clearest beach I've ever been to. Fabulous front lawn with plenty of seating. Excellent kitchen right on sight to cook and store food. We adore this place. B&B rooms give guests access to a continental breakfast and a cozy living room. Either room choice, you can't go wrong.

My family has been going to the Holiday House for the past 20 years. The motel is located at a quiet spot at Pine point beach (approximately 2 miles north of old orchard beach). The place is perfect for relaxing! The rooms are about 20 feet from the beach and they have nice comfortable chairs on the deck. The public kitchen is open to make breakfast and lunch, but closes at 7 pm. A disappointment if you want a family meal at night. The rooms are clean and simple, but the mattresses are way too hard.

Stayed for 2 nights 3 days, had a great experience. staff was super nice, the inn itself was wonderful.
room had tv, ac unit, and mini fridge. also we checked out at 10am but were allowed to use the parking lot, main kitchen, and bathrooms all day. only critique was that the room didn't have a hair dryer or iron.
