Been coming here for over 25 years. Always get the laundry service, which comes delivered to my lobby (free delivery!) nice and neatly folded. Also tailored many things here- tailor is very experienced and knows her materials well! The clothes always come out stunning. Price is reasonable for the area too.

Slow service and my dress was damaged. Also they don't seem to ge able to clean more delicate clothes such as embellished dresses. What a disappointment!

I've been a customer for more than 20 years. I love this service, it's close-by, delivers promptly and has a variety of services which I have used and been very happy with, including: laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, shoe repair and rug cleaning. This is a family owned and run operation, and they stand behind their work. I totally recommend them!

Clean, professional, and responsible wash and fold service. I call them at 8:50am and they pick up my massive bag of laundry at 9am. It’s back nice and folded with my doorman by 5pm. They put the clothes in plastic to preserve the fold and keep them from getting dirty. I’ve had no issues!

I recently dropped off a load of dry cleaning at MB Fashion Valet . My wife is an executive in NYC and requires a professional look every day . The cleaners lost articles of her clothing . They said they would try to search for the missing article but after a week passed nothing turned up . The owner called and then denied ever having lost any clothing . After my wife complained he said he did not need our business .
I now take our cleaning to a new cleaners a few hundred yards away on the same block !
