I live in Connecticut and purchased a BMW for my son, they would not budge on the price, but the battery was in sideways and leaked acid in the trunk, brake light socket broken, cup holder broken, headliner falling, ashtrays and cup holders broken. Car was on dead empty on gas. Let it be known that I am a used car dealer and would never sell a car in that shape for all the money. Wouldn’t buy a car from this dealership, take some pride in your reputation guys, car wasn’t safety checked or anything. Bad business

We have had our cars serviced and maintained by Sawdust Road Auto Clinic for over 20 years! They have consistently done a great job of keeping our cars in tip top shape. The service is always friendly, honest and skilled. Hard to find a mechanic that you trust but we were fortunate to find Sawdust Road Auto shortly after we moved here and sure glad we did:-)

I was given bad advice regarding work that needed to be done on the car. This resulted in over about $800 worth of unnecessary repairs - and that is assuming the work was actually done.
When it's obvious that someone doesn't know much about cars (and that would be me), there are mechanics that will take advantage.
This was a big letdown for me, because I trusted this shop and that trust was sadly misplaced. Eddie Hodges was there for a good while and that is why I started going there to begin with. (He is no longer there, however.)

Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. Friend took their car there and was told that a part that couldn't be broken was the problem. Additionally it took over 48 hours and three phone calls for them to even run diagnostics on the vehicle and never once mentioned a charge for diagnostics until after they handed my friend back the keys to the vehicle. Thought a local old hole in the wall shop would have been more fair reasonable and kind however I was very wrong. I wouldn't trust them with a Tonka Truck much less a real automobile.

I loved this shop. They are very very honest and fair. The prices are very reasonable good! Chase and staff treated with respect and courtesy. I especially liked the shuttle drop off and pick up. I went to the mall and a great time. Thank you Sawdust Auto Clinic for your help and honesty. May the Lord bless your families and business. I highly recommend them. :-)
