We are thankful that we have enormous support from our MAPA families, but what we really need is support from the total community. Services
Students must stand on designated markings on floor at barre & center floor, located 3' apart. Class will be 50 minutes. All mats/blocks borrowed must be cleaned by students for Monday class. Students should eat before coming; if staying for more than one class bring a lite snack/lunch. All "touch" areas are disinfected BEFORE and AFTER every class.
This is the original film & Broadway show Frozen, cut down just for kids ages 7-16. Children will learn choreography, songs and dialogue and put on a performance for parents and friends. We are getting better at these virtual theater groups. We had three outdoor shows this summer; all learned virtually!
This gentle awakening class includes yoga basics and seasonal poses. You will come away with knowledge of how we connect yogi breath with gentle yoga postures. We will be using belts and blocks to assist with correct alignment of the poses. For all levels. This Gentle Yoga Class combines basic yoga postures with meditative breathwork, yin postures, restorative postures and reiki.
We understand that your children have already been spending vast amounts of time in front of the computer, but we have lots of things planned to get them up and moving. In the morning we have warm-ups, playing theater games that will help us focus on discipline and confidence, followed by a movement class that will include choreography for our final production.
Prices range from $200-$350 depending on number of characters, type of dance and number of children. Your children will enjoy an hour of dancing instruction and learn a routine. They should dress to dance and wear sneakers or dance shoes. They will then have 30 minutes to enjoy pizza & cake in our side studio provided by the parent.
