Aikan (pronounced "I Can") Performing Arts, provides high-quality performing arts training to youth and adults in a safe, fun, and friendly online environment. Since its inception in 2009, Aikan Performing Arts has reached over 1,000 students and workshop participants in the Philadelphia area. Aikan Performing Arts' acting classes are designed to teach participants how to become working actors!
Our dance classes give participants the opportunity to sharpen their skills or learn new dance genres. We offer workshops in various locations that focus on specific areas of performing arts as well as fundraising events for our initiatives. Aikan Performing Arts mission is to enrich, inspire and transform lives through performing arts education. To instill valuable skills that begin with performing arts and transcend to personal growth - one student at a time. We are committed to expanding the reach of effective performing arts education in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Aikan Performing Arts offer specialized performing arts classes that are taught by professional teaching artists. By having instructors who are currently working in their respective craft, students have the opportunity to learn the business through instructors with firsthand experience. Our classes are always energetic and have a reputation for producing real results!
One of the keys to Aikan Performing Arts' success is the dedicated instructors and guest speakers who all have extensive work experience in the entertainment business. Our instructors expect participants to come to class on-time, prepared and ready to engage in class. Actor, writer and director Nakia Dillard is a Philadelphia-bred creative soul, as evident by his love of arts of all disciplines.
Aikan Performing Arts offers effective performing arts training in the Greater Philadelphia area. In addition to instruction the Aikan team is invested in seeing it's students succeed and reach their performance goals. They do their best to share their knowledge of the entertainment industry and insure they empower students and families with the information not readily available elsewhere. They have become extended family and we absolutely love it here!

I love love Aikan Acts, my kids has learned so much and always ace auditions they really teach you all about the industry, You meet some of good people.Mr Nakia Dillard and Ms Gloria are awesome very informative, Its more than an acting class we are a family at Aikan Acts you wont be disappointed.
