We offer many different types of classes. Whether you want a more physically demanding class or an easy, relaxing, meditative class, we have something for everyone. Because of the pandemic, please bring your own mat and props (blanket, blocks, straps, eye pillows). If you like to use bolsters, please bring a pillow case to cover ours.

Depending on experience and what you are hoping to achieve, we offer several types of private yoga sessions with experienced instructors to guide you on your path in a safe and non-intimidating environment.
Coming into a yoga studio can be intimidating. We offer this intro pass to all newbies who want to try yoga, our wide variety of classes, and our expert teachers. This pass is good for one regularly scheduled class. If you need to reschedule this class, your pass can be used for another class if scheduled within one month.

This yoga studio is clean and spotless. There are two huge workout rooms, two bathrooms and a great view. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place. I love this yoga studio and the teachers. I’m very happy with my spiritual practice of yoga here!!! Photos are from the yoga retreat down the street!!!

10 years ago I was in college, playing football and very active. Fast forward after life and work and I lost that active lifestyle. I started yoga and meditation at Restore Yoga + Wellness about 2 months ago and love it. I'm more active and getting back into a healthy lifestyle. My back pain from previous injuries is minimal and my motivation is up! Very welcoming staff! If you've never done yoga before (like me), give it a shot! It's definitely worth it.
