I could not be more pleased with Dr. Reddy and his staff! I start going there a little over a year ago and he worked through all my issues with my back we did everything we could just stop my pain. Some of it worked for a while however, finally he recommended I see a surgeon after doing another MRI. He recommended Dr Steve Chang at the Barrow brain and spine. Which I did and just finished having surgery. I am now totally out of pain. I was suffering from spinal stenosis in my lower back as well as a vertebrae issue and small cyst in the spine.

Relocated from MD and I needed to continue my pain management plan.. but didn't have a network of suggestions to rely on.. so I did a ton of research in the Chandler area. Dr. Mazi and Dr. Reddy are by far the most skilled and proficient doctors I have ever met. If you want an honest and effective approach to pain management, I highly recommend Apex. They listen and consider the patients entire livelihood before creating a strategy to improve their overall well-being. The most trustful doctors I've ever received care from!

Dr. Reddy and Massrour are the best pain management doctors in Chandler. I have a chronic pain condition that required ongoing procedures. Over the past several years I have been between multiple pain management clinics in Chandler and Phoenix, many of which were not a great experience. My friend recommended going to Apex and I am glad I took her advice.

The pain doctors at Apex have helped me get back to living a better life with less pain. An injury led to chronic sciatic pain and a friend suggested I go to a pain management clinic. Within a month I was in a lot less pain and was able to move around better and get back to work. I had a neck injury last month and was in severe pain. My doctor just prescribed me pain meds but my friend said to go see Dr. Reddy to get his opinion. After seeing him he put together a rehab plan including physical therapy. My insurance covered everything and after a month of visits I am pain free. I can not thank Apex enough and they are the best pain management clinic in Chandler!

The pain management doctors here are the best in Arizona. My family and friends are mostly in security and law enforcement which makes us more prone to injuries. The pain clinic has always been able to accurately diagnose and treat my injuries. There are several pain management clinics in Phoenix where I live but choose to drive a bit out of my way to Chandler. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and his team!

My mother lived with chronic back pain and spinal stenosis for over half of her life. Up until the day she passed away, Apex Pain Specialists was always there offering not only pain management but compassionate comfort. Her symptoms grew worse with age and included: neck pain, sciatic nerve pain, low back pain, muscle stiffness etc etc. The pain doctors at Apex in chandler took care of her as if she was their own mother. Finally! I am still fairly new to AZ and have been bounced around from doc to doc to ER with no known diagnosis or treatment plan. I met with Dr. Reddy and finally feel like there is relief in the near future! This has been the first pain management doctor who has explained what he thinks is going on based on my MRI and has a treatment plan in place so that I have relief in doing daily activities. I am excited to have my active lifestyle back and appreciate the fact that I wasn't just another "patient" and my concerns were heard.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy for 8 months now and he has been so helpful with my neck pain. I have had several injections with Dr. Reddy and they helped so much. I highly recommend him for all aspects of pain management. He is very understanding and wants to get you out of pain as much as possible. My husband also sees him and has had great results. The staff is also excellent.

Was referred to Dr Reddy for chronic back pain due to bulging disks. Would only prescribe non-opiate pain medication and physical therapy. Suggested the cortisone shots to the affected area, but a previous experience with those were more painful that the chronic pain, I refused that treatment plan. Finished 2 rounds of PT with not much improvement. Returned for a follow-up appointment, again Dr Reddy wanted to do the injections, but after voicing my concerns,I refused again. Went there for back pain. Met with Dr and was told they could not help me sold me a back belt and was told to go to therapy.I was in the office less then 30 min.Just got the bill and was charged $ 1200.00 and 318.00 for 30 min. Yes I had medacare and this is a rip off.Will be calling medacare today to have them checked out.over priced for nothing.

My husband went to this office for back & knee pain. He had one procedure scheduled at 4 pm on Tuesday and 7:15 the next day on Wednesday for the 2nd procedure. When we showed up Tuesday the receptionist said we had a check in time of 9:45 am for our next day appointment on Wednesday.They changed the time without notifying us after we rearranged our work schedules. The customer service is horrible and Dr. Mazi talks down to his staff. I would look for a different pain specialist who isn't about money. We were told they can't treat my husband for his back at the same time as his knees

Dr Redy did not listen nor seem to have any empathy. He failed to properly access the areas in which I am experiencing problems and failed to offer any solutions to my pain. I took the wrong records with me and when I told them my mother could get them in less than 20 minutes the staff told me not to worry. They would get the electronically. Regardless he made suggestions that would only cause me agony before considering any treatment, in addition to recommending a topical compound medication. (Most insurance providers do not cover compounds, including mine.)

Dr. Reedy was all about the money and not the patient. Upon first visit Dr. Reedy wanted to do facet joint injections without an mri. He was quick to assume the diagnosis with a x-ray alone.
After getting a second option and a mri Dr Reedy was planning to treat me for arthritis of the spine vs 3 bulged discs, spinal stenosis, and DDD (deginitive disc). Dr. Reedy said the numbness in thigh was weight related, But it's related vs a 2.5 cm bulge in one of the disc.
* billing for procedures are treated as inpatient vs outpatient which would of been $640.00 out of pocket for the wrong

Apex pain specialists has the best pain management doctors in Chandler! Living near the ocotillo community in Chandler, my mom has suffered with chronic back pain for years. There are some other issues that keep the pain coming back and apex pain specialists doctors Naveen Reddy and Maziar Massrour are always able to get her back to being pain free with her targeted injections.
I thought only high grade athletes trying to stay in competition needed these type of treatments (thinking Andre Agassi back in the day) but when I learned that these treatments were available for normal people and covered
