They made my rag & bone boots look brand new, as well as my suede Miu Miu pumps that I didn't think could be fixed. They also reshaped a show that my dog chewed on and dyed some white Frye shoes that look better than new. This is an excellent business! I have sent all types of shoes for repair and I have to say each and every pair was like new.

Very Nice People But Not Happy With Repair. They are polite, professional, treat you with respect. They also have a bowl of candy for you to grab a piece or two. I brought my high-heel shoes in to have the elastic fasteners replaced. I was charged $35, which I thought was quite a bit. But I didn't have my phone to find another place. When I picked up, they had sewn the elastic to the outside of the shoe; not opening up and hiding the band within the shoe. Several strings were hanging from it as well. Looks bad. Thank goodness the buckle hides it. But I know its there. For $35, I would have expected
