Attorney Rob McLain is an experienced legal professional whose main focus is on litigation. Before attending college, Mr. McLain worked in IT for an AMLAW 100 law firm. From there, he did the same for a computer forensics firm, and he published an article on how the Fourth Amendment relates to computer search and seizure.
Kayla Tipple was raised in Englewood, Florida and attended Florida State University, where she graduated with a B.A. in 2007 in communication and religion. Tipple later went on to pursue a career in law and graduated in 2010 among the top 20th percentile from Florida Coastal School of Law. During her time as a law student, she served as the social chair of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Club.

Phil Schipani was unprofessional in about every sense of the word. Uses curse words on the phone, not proactive at all, eating and playing music when he calls me. We just did everything the other party asked and he did not ask/nor get anything in return. Biggest wasted of $5k i ever spent. If you want someone to advocate for your self interest, he is NOT your guy.

When my now ex husband decided he wanted a divorce, I contacted Mr. Schipani, he was able to consult with me the very next day. Mr. Schipani was very professional and explained things to help me understand the process. After hiring Mr. Schipani the process moved quickly. In Dec 2017 I hired Mr Schipani to handle my on going divorce case. 3 months & $3,000 later I decided to end his representation. I was dissatisfied with his very limited communication about the status of my case. Also, I was unhappy with his handling of arranging the court ordered mediation. I was in a child custody battle with a woman who was just ruthless.
