I've been at Casa De Granada for almost 2 years and it has been very good experience so far. The rent is reasonable, the complex is very quite and always clean. However, what makes this place stand out compared to other places I've lived at are the staffs working here. Roberto (maintenance) is very friendly and polite. If there's any issue in your apartment, he's on it right away and it's taken care of to a T. Once I had several maintenance requests and Roberto took care all of them that same day. Impressive! Also, he's very respectful of your apartment and doesn't leave a mess after he's finished

My family and I have lived here since 2014 and we are very happy. The apartment complex is quiet, safe and secure. Liz, the Apartment Manager, is awesome! Very approachable and pleasant to talk to. Roberto, our Maintenance Manager, is the best. If you have any maintenance issues with your apartment Roberto will get on it right away. Both Liz and Roberto are super friendly and will always greet you with a smile.

Management has stepped up and finally made changes to secure mail service! This was a much needed change. Hopefully management will continue to listen to its community and make the proper changes to a better living environment.
I will give another Star when management figures out how to give the community access to the BBQ area! It doesn't make any sense for indoor communities to be open (washer/dryer, mailboxes and underground parking) and outdoor communities continued to be closed. I see so many individuals walking around without masks in these indoor areas;however, outdoor access

Lived here for a long time but moved due irrelevant reasons. Everything about this place is mediocre looking on the outside but the inside is quite cozy. They let you pick what color you want to paint a living room wall which gives it a cute ambiance. Rent is cheap, which is why you rarely see anyone move in or out. The area isn't so welcoming or has the best reputation but luckily it's a gated community with underground parking but unfortunately that having stopped losers from breaking in the cars underground, some even being stolen. We have been living in this Apt complex for the last 4~5 years, and we truely apprecite the impeccable service of Roberto. He is personally and professionally awesome, and I think the management did a great job of hiring him for the job. He always goes above and beyond to get the job done as promptly as possible and makes things easy for us.

Marshall and lois(apt 64) who have been ten dents of this complex for over 20 years wanted to take a moment to compliment Roberto the current maintenance for his knowledge, professionalism, promptness, attendant and his detail to any service request we have. They take pets, YEAH! And the is a doggy park with a fence to let my dog run free. Plus there's a park across the street. The manager and maintenance guy are great. Nothing is ever a problem for them. They solve it and are happy doing it. They do cool things like BBQ's and parties. When the Tennis Courts were remodeled, they had a grand opening BBQ and gave away a bunch of prizes. The apartment is fairly big and reasonably priced. I like that the parking is gated and covered.
