My name is Thuy (pronounced 'twee'). I am the sole owner & operator at WellFit4EVER. I am a certified Pilates teacher, a mobility specialist, and a health coach with extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to heal from an injury or to achieve a new physical challenge, I am here to help. Services
Client will practice the Pilates method using the full suite of Pilates apparatus. Your training is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Ideal for everyone, from beginner to advanced clients, including clients with special conditions-pregnancy, post rehabilitation, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, etc.
Virtual classes require a Pilates mat or a cushion floor like carpet. Each class is a full body workout. Standing work is often incorporated. We use a various of household objects and small props, such as stretchy band, small stability ball, foam roller, small weights, Swiss ball, paper plates or gliders, towel, water bottles (as alternatives for small weights), chair, etc.
Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat and/or a variety of specialized equipment. It can dramatically transform the way your body feels, looks and performs. Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise method that teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement.
Cancelation is free when made 12 hours prior to your booked time. In case of late change of plan, contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your session. I always try my best to reschedule you and not charging you. If it is a late cancelation and we cannot agree on a time to reschedule then your session will be charged in full.
New to virtual classes? Try a class for FREE. My virtual group classes are mat-based Pilates and Barre. We utilize simple household objects, such as sofa cushion, towel, dining chair, water bottles, food cans, and small Pilates props, including resistant band, mini stability ball, foam roller, Pilates ring, etc. Classes are limited to 10 students.

Having tried Pilates on and off over the years, I can say that Thuy's training has really been the best experience I have ever had with Pilates. Thuy provides very clear instruction on each move, and also, helps you to fine tune each movement to get the most out of your workouts. I had very bad back pain before starting to work with Thuy, and I am feeling much better and stronger than before my back pain started. Can't say enough good things about Thuy's approach to Pilates.

Thuy is an amazing Pilates instructor. She has helped me heal and strengthen my abs to support my back after lumbar surgery. No one was able to do this for me even prior to my surgery. She is knowledgeable about how the body works for you, and differentiates instruction for your individual goals. Thuy, the owner, is a fabulous instructor. She really takes time to get to know her students and she is able to make any level feel welcome and challenge from beginners to even the most seasoned athletes. She gives fabulous vocal cues and great hands-on corrections.
I have chosen one-on-one training and instruction with Thuy for the past year and have been amazed at my own personal progress, flexibility, strength and balance. Thuy is an excellent teacher. She is knowledgeable, passionate and cares about her clients. Thuy consistently provides, fantastic challenging classes. Thuy is an amazing pilates instructor - I used to take inperson classes at a local studio, but now, due to covid, I particiapate in her virtual classes. she clearly guides each participant in the classes classes - watching the clients on her screen while she also demonstrates correct positons. Each workout is a challenge that I look forward to! Each class is unique and she makes them fun too!

My wife and I take Pilates small group mat classes with Thuy- no more than 6 people but very reasonably priced. She works us hard but always seems to know exactly what our limits are. It is a wonder how she can customize to our needs while working with a group. She has us use a variety of exercise gear in an amazing variety of ways. We not only benefit physically, but are learning a lot about how different positions use different muscles.

As a result of a car accident and years of long distance running, I struggled for a very long time with serious lower back pain (disc degeneration, SI joint dysfunction). It was so challenging to be active, keep up with my young son, or stay on my feet all day at work. After years of trying so many remedies like orthopedic doctors, cortisone shots, and physical therapy, I thought I was destined to be in pain and miss out on being active and doing activities I enjoy. WellFit4EVER's studio and Pilates instructor Thuy deserve a rating higher than 5 star. Thuy is an amazing Pilates expert, her skills and knowledge of the human muscular system allow her to help me go from aching all the time, barely able to do perform the exercises to within weeks to now 8 months increase my ability, balance, and decrease my aches and pains. Even during COVID19 social distancing, she quickly began teaching virtually and her classes and ability to train was equally challenging as they are in person. My wife started going to Wellfit4ever for Pilates training after having lumbar fusion.
