I have worn Starkey hearing aids for over five years and had a wonderful experience with them. Recently, thanks to Covid-19, I dropped one in a parking lot when I took my mask off. Not even realizing what had happened, it was over several hours later that we went back and found it. Unfortunately, it had been stepped on. Not from the area, I contacted Starkey and was directed to Blue Bell Hearing Center. Rita, the Practice Assistant, set up an appointment for me and explained the Covid-19 procedure.
