I am a lifelong hearing aid user. I have seen many different audiologists and Jacqui is by far the best I have seen. She is very friendly and patient as well as knowledgeable. She knows exactly what I need and will make sure I am satisfied with my hearing aid after each visit. I have never had trouble making appointments and have never had to wait to be seen. I highly recommend this office!

I have been taking my mother and mother-in-law to Jacqui for years and am never disappointed by her caring demeanor and patience with each of them.
My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room is always short, not to mention how great the service was. The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care. THANKS JACQUI!!

I appreciate Hearing Health Professionals for their quality service, responsiveness and their support for my hearing needs. I was a lot apprehensive to wear hearing aids but Jackie has helped me to understand every aspect of hearing health and has answered my questions/concerns whenever I have presented them such that I now see my hearing aids are just as important and necessary as my glasses!!!
