Boyett's Family Water Treatment is the oldest continuously owned soft water dealership in the Valley of the Sun. Our company was started by the Boyett family over 50 years ago and is still owned and operated by the same family today. The Boyett family has hands-on involvement in all aspects of the day to day operations to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Just recommend a friend who starts our SERVICE or PURCHASES a softener and/or water system & we'll send you $50 -guaranteed. If you are so kind to make a positive comment on our Google profile every 6 months; we will apply one month free to your water account. If you are so kind to make a positive comment on our Google profile every 12 months; we will apply one month free to your water account.
Just month to month rental. All filter changes and maintenance are included in the monthly fee. Boyett's Family Water Treatment will send you a notice every 12 months to have us service the system. When you receive the postcard in the mail; just pick up the phone and we will schedule a convenient appointment to switch the unit out.
Warranty: Boyetts will take action to fix any problems for the life of the rental at no charge. Every time you wait, 3-4 gallons of water are wasted. For a family of four, that can be as much as 38,000 gallons of water literally down the drain every year - the equivalent of several swimming pools full of water!

In our present home, we've used Boyett for both our water softening and for our RO needs for the last 7 years. We have been satisfied with their service and had only one small, minor glitch with a technician last year. But other than this little glitch, we have been very happy.
Hayden Boyett, the owner came to our new construction this morning at 8 am. They normally only work M-F, but he was nice enough to accommodate us on a weekend to match up with our schedules. He inspected our new home and said that our builder did a good job putting in the soft water loop and the under-sink RO fittings

I love this company so much. My husband and I started using them way back when. Every time we moved we transferred the service to the new house. We not only had the RO but we also had the water softener treatment through out the whole house. We loved it and were also very satisfied. Just moved again and called and made an appt. to have another RO system installed. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and then Dan called me to go over any questions that I might have. Don came out and did the installation. He was so nice. We have now had a whole home treatment system, including R/O for kitchen and refrigerator for over 18 months in our new home Before that, Boyett's Family has provided our water treatment systems in two previous homes in the Valley. It is a wonder what their systems can do to the especially hard water in Arizona. Our dishes dry clean without spotting and washing our hair in the treated water allows for complete rinse of shampoo and conditioners. I highly recommend the systems and services. All staff from those who answer calls to the staff who install and annually replace the equipment

I have had Boyett's bring my soft water tanks and provide my reverse osmosis for about five years now. I am very pleased with the service and value I get. Today Gus came out and serviced my reverse osmosis. He was on time, was very polite and was very efficient at getting the service completed. And I was very pleased to see he wore a mask while he was here. I recommend Boyett's to anyone looking for a reliable water service!

My RO system was installed in July and the installer did a great job with no issues. He showed up on time, installed the system in professional manner and answered all our questions. I have honestly never experienced better customer service than i do with Boyett. From the person answering the phones to the owner and managers they all strive to answer every question and provide the everything you need for a great experience. Keep up the great work!

Received an RO system and a water softener from Boyette's and the experience was great. Hayden was very informative and didn't pressure me at all. Their leasing system made sense to me given the current expense of new water equipment. Installation went smoothly with no hassles. Technicians were very professional and friendly. Family owned and operated is a rare thing these days but I'm glad to have found Boyette's!

Well, I did a bunch of research and decided all of my existing 8-year-old system's internal parts need replacement, but as I did more checking, the parts of ANY RO system begin to fail after that long. So even though I can rebuild, sanitize and replace internal parts for several years, you still start taking the chance that a canister could fail. If I replaced that too, I'd be paying for the whole thing. I have a friend that can get these for me wholesale, but by the time I buy a new one and replace the filters each year (and sometimes a membrane or tank or canister), it's only like

We have been customers of Boyett's for many years now. We have water softener & RO system in 2 of our homes. We had a problem with the water softener in one of our homes, called them and the next day they installed a new softener in our home. They call yearly to service our RO system for free. If you want complete worry free water system call them!

If you do not want to bath in chlorine infused water, or shower finding that your skin is chalky from the hyper-chlorinated waters of Tempe, then Boyett might serve your needs the best. Because they rent full house water filtration systems.
