So I've been going here since about 2019 and it has always been for their regular brow shaping with threading. I was always happy with the service since I was able to pick my favorite brow technician and she did what I requested whether it was a clean up or brow shape. But since about the end of last year they started something new where they do not let you choose the brow technician and I'm not a fan. 7/10 I will get somebody that I'm totally happy with and other times I'm not a fan and for the price I'm not sure I want to keep playing roulette with my brows. My most recent lamination was awful, my eyebrows are now sticking out in all different directions and I'm forced to pluck a lot out. In addition I asked for a brow dye to match my hair, I had gone once before to this place and I thought the girl messed up and used the wrong dye color accidentally so I was very clear I wanted the lightest possible brow dye they could use. I figured I'd give them a second chance, explained in detail my concerns and they did the exact same thing to my eyebrows they did in the past. They are incredibly dark which does not match with my hair color at all,

If you want a tint, save your $30 plus for the 3 minutes iffy application and do it yourself at home for one third of the price...so many kits in the market. I'm sure you'll do a better job than coming out of the place looking like an angry awl...no matter how many times you said "I don't want VERY DARK eyebrows."

I started visiting wink bar when i moved from alabama to new york to study for graduate school. i am someone who loves eyelash extensions for their natural look that i feel adds weight to how i perceive myself and my beauty. i was not able to find an establishment anywhere when i was living in the south that meticulously executes these beautiful styles. i always feel warm and welcomed when visiting and my eyelashes always last up to five weeks. it’s worth every penny.

First time trying Wink and would not recommend this place for a lash lift. 1) Arrived right on time and had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. 2) This was my 4th or 5th lash lift (but first here) - it stung way more than any of the others and literally didn't curl my lashes at all. The tint was fine other than she got it all over my eyes.
Asked for a discount for the waiting / not be satisfied and they said no.

I can't recommend this place. I went in to get my lashes done for the first time and didn't feel listened to. I ended up with lashes I really hated (I got the "natural set" but they looked really obvious and intense--like spider legs). I wish they spent more time educating new clients about things like lash extensions and set expectations, but they just got right into it, promising I would like it. I think the technician was really skilled, but I did notice that the inner corners of my eyes had a lot of turning right off the bat. I tried to share this feedback with them and

Okay... please get your brows cleaned/shaped up prior because the $90 for a lamination includes no shaping or cleaning up of stray hairs but unless you want to pay $40 extra. As far as laminating it's a perm and my eyebrows as they have at past lamination sessions are beyond east to style and comb I have thick but unruly brows so I like this treatment.

I asked for an eyebrow threading, and was asked if I would be open to waxing as the person that threads was not working. When I said no, I'll come back tomorrow, they chatted amongst themselves and pushed me to stay to have my eyebrows threaded by one of them. The lady asked me to have a seat and started working on my brows without asking about my preference when it comes to my eyebrows, so I told her that I wanted them to remain thick, to which she replied "we'll take little by little off and see if you want more to come off". DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS LAMINATED HERE. I had great brows that I was hoping to keep set it place with a lamination. Instead the shape of my brows was completely changed to a horrible rectangular shape, the inner part of my brows are stuck straight up, not at a slight angle, and the outer brow hairs are pointing in crazy directions. They were also cut unevenly. I think they were also overprocessed because the hairs especially at the end appear curly. Just don't go here. They don't know what they're doing when it comes to lamination.

Farha is AMAZING- ask for her!!! Every service I try with her she is spot on with great results - I had a brow lamination and lash lift, brow waxing and tinting - I have also had her threading on occasion- you name it - she is my gal lol. Her knowledge and professionalism are very good and she in my opinion really is the best technician at their West Village location :)

I just moved to the area and was dying to find a new brow place when I stumbled across Wink. It's a cute little boutique on Greenwich. I walked in on Monday to inquire about services because I wasn't sure what they offered or at this point what I needed done because it's been so long. Farha I believe her name was, was so warm and welcoming and let me tell you she knows her stuff! I AM OBSESSED with this place! When you book ask for Melania, you won't be sorry. This is my third time coming twice at their cobble hill location and once at Greenwich. Both locations are adorable and have a cozy welcoming feeling (my favorite is Cobble Hill). They are clean and follow covid guidelines which is something I'm always worried about now. I have not been disappointed. At Greenwich I saw Melania I believe her name was and also another amazing experience. I'm super picky about anything on my face and have had some crazy experiences else where but I will not be leaving them anytime soon

I am giving this 3 stars only because of how much it seemed the technician wanted to work and get my eyebrows right but two days later and it's pretty much almost all off my brows. I wish it would have lasted I have been sleeping on my back which is why neck now hurts and most of the brows ahave still fallen off. I got eyebrow extensions. The glue is very visible on my face. I would say the whole experience was not worth it at all.

Had shaping and tinting. Wanted to try something different but $60 it is not the way to go. You can get the same service from other places at half the price. If you gonna charge up - prices gotta match the product.
Additionally - that is just my personal taste - I don't like people talking to me about other services. I came for my shaping so focus on that and leave the rest for when you done. I don't like my eyebrows I clearly asked for something different. And couldn't she finish my appointment any better than EXPECTING A TIP and

Stop what you're doing right now and go see Shanti at Wink for your brows. She is a threading WIZARD. I've seen her a few times now for threading and brow lamination and have been thrilled with her work every time. She is so fun to talk to, meticulous, and makes you leave the (adorable and spotless) salon feeling like a million bucks. LOVE Shanti and LOVE Wink. Worth every penny.

I went to Wink Brow Bar last week to get my brows threaded for the first time since COVID, and had the most amazing experience. I was greeted upon arrival by Tracy and my temperature was taken and I was given hand sanitizer. I was then introduced to my brow specialist, Farah, who was so nice. The threading was one of the best I've ever had from the shape to the efficiency of Farah, and I chose to get an Indian head massage to follow. The space was so clean, and the staff made the experience amazing. My eyebrows have never looked better - I can't wait to go back!

I didn't know what I was missing... After years of eyebrow threading and going to countless holes in the wall to stay on budget I finally decided to treat myself to a quality brow experience. I went to Brow Bar during covid after months of quarentine, my eyebrows had lost all shape and hope. I was fully expecting a very painful session knowing it had been some time since I had any tolerance to threading but wow was I wrong. The technician did her thing and I did not even feel a tug. I can not say any more about this place!!! Such amazing service, and a great clean facility. During covid they have taken every precaution to keep their space clean! It's very warm and inviting! But obviously the main thing is their work, and I can't say enough!! I did the Keratin eyelash lift and it's amazing! I can't even believe these are my eyelashes! Def a go too! Priced very fair!

I did micro-blading for my eyebrows and did ALOT of research before entrusting my brows to Umbreen. Her specialists did a phenomenal job that made my eyebrows the best they have ever been!
I have gotten nothing but compliments from friends and family so have been referring everyone who wants to do this. They last for two years so definitely worth the investment and the spa is so professional. They also offer other services that I will start using as well like facials!!

Horrible experience. Read all of those wonderful reviews and decided to try this place. Nothing but regret (I know, very dramatic). Made an appointment for tinting, I’ve been doing it for few years now so I know the process. I came in, a lady without introducing herself just sat me down into a chair. Without any cleaning nor wiping my eyebrows she just put a slab of dye all over my very nonexistent eyebrows. I asked her “aren’t you going to sanitize or clean my eyebrows”, she said “that’s how it’s done”. Ummm no it’s not. My eyebrows with the dye on it looked like an infant drew
