We offer Premium Mink and Premium Silk Eyelash Extensions, applied in a variety of customized styles to enhance your eyes.
We strive to create a serene and luxurious ambiance for our clients. Our staff and eyelash extension salon emphasize making our clients feel relaxed and stress-free. LO5 provides the most professional eyelash and nail services to all of our clients, which range from famous celebrities, social media influencers to everyday New Yorkers.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. The customary gratuity for a studio service is 20%, and cash gratuity is greatly appreciated by your service person. Gratuities are at your discretion. Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the boutique to receive your desired appointment day/time.

Pros: really nice studio, my lash technician was extremely sweet
Cons: lashes didn't look anything like I asked and are starting to fall off after 7 days, went with my friend and she had asked for the same thing as me and got it. No consistency with what you ask for would probably not recommend, also seemed to get way less than the 100 lashes that I asked for

I told front desk to book my appointments every 3weeks and unfortunately she booked it for four weeks so they end up overcharging me pricing me
I have been coming to this establishment for around I wanna say six months now
and I always pay $114 and today I was charged an extremely absurd amount of $146 this is ridiculous!!!!!
and this is not fair they are quick to take your money they are quick to ask you to leave a tip they are quick to just take your money please do not go to this business please do not go here please do not go here the price

Loved it! The place is clean, everybody is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. It was my first time doing a lash lift. I was a bit nervous because I feel noxious when people touch my eyes, and I was afraid to ruin my lashes. But Liza, my technician, was professional and put me at ease. She was very gentle, I even fell asleep. My lashes came out so good that I forgot about using eye curler for months. It's been almost three months, and just now, I feel I need to go back for a new dose, lol. Definitely recommend this place!

My regular place cancelled last minute and I had an event next day, I called lashes on 5th and even though I am not a regular client, receptionist was so kind, she found a spot for me. The service was great, my tech was a Russian girl, I don’t remember her name, but she did an incredible job and even after a month I had a lot of lashes left.

The reviews sold the place but the lady who did my pedicure didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She did the wrong shape and almost put a different color to what I asked, after messing everything up the lady didn’t put a top coat on my nails so the nails were just matt. I’m really disappointed because the reviews said something different. I would not recommend this

I went to Lashes on 5th for tinting of lashes and brows. It was supposed to take 25 min but I was there for 70 min. The technician didn't clean my eyes but asked me to get up and not open my eyes. She led me across the whole place to the restroom so that I could clean my eyes with tap water. My eyes hurt terribly and it was very uncomfortable to be rushed across the room with my eyes closed. The result was not even that good and no shaping of the brows was included. My worst tinting ever.

Found a great deal on Groupon and gave this place a go. The building itself is kinda old - elevator felt sketch but once inside Lash and 5th studio it was very cute and clean. They take covid precautions, temp, make you sign a waiver and everyone where's a mask. You get a quick consultation with your lash specialist and the experience itself was good - I fell asleep. Lashes lasted about two weeks before I felt I needed a touch up

Really wanted to like this place but am very unhappy with the result unfortunately. The initial "consultation" I did with my tech was extremely short, and she didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. I think there was a bit of a communication barrier but she ended up giving me lashes that were way more dramatic than what I had asked for.
Afterwards, I noticed that the lashes on my eyes were not symmetrical and even. The tech and receptionist told me that it was because of unevenness in my natural eye shape... even though clearly some lashes on one eye were much longer

Mina is my technician and she is beyond amazing. She recommended Mink lashes and I could not be happier with that choice and her technique. I cannot tell you how many times I get stopped and asked who does my lashes. Additionally, their space is immaculate. The music is so calming, I usually fall asleep during the procedure. And all the girls are professional and knowledgeable!!

The skill-level and overall experience is just amazing.
Just had the best shellac mani/pedi - Sara was fantastic, very good finish and lovely to talk to which I find rare now in so many salons. She chose the perfect holiday color for my nails, will definitely recommend and be back in a few weeks!
