Very disappointed in the service I received here. I'm in the process of moving to GA from Virginia and found a rental house managed by this company. First red flag is as soon as we reached out they raised the price of the listing, then once I applied they told me that I had it and we were moving forward. I cancelled all my appointments I had with other places because they said we were good and they were working up a lease. Then at the last minute they said sorry they went with someone else. Might just be a one off situation but I'm personally very dissatisfied with how I was treated by

Tim Hardeman and I got connected when I was getting ready to sell my house in Atlanta. I had a tenant living in the house and Tim followed up with me over the course of about a year as the tenant’s lease came to an end. Once the tenant moved out, the place was a mess. Great experience listing with Tim! House was closed last week and the whole process was easy and smooth. Tim and his assistant Drew got the job done. We all had to work together to sell the house. Things did not always go smoothly, but they got the job done.
