Really awesome guys here. Had them check out my 2017 focus rs for a pre purchase inspection and they were super pleasant to deal with. They gave my vehicle a good look over and had a few recommendations for future work. Super happy with them and would 100% recommend anyone to check them out

This was my first time I came here! and definitely won''t be the last! I was in desparate repair of my front rotors which were in bad shape. When I arrived I was not feeling the way I should, my brake pad was vibrating when I bearly touched. I asked chuck a number of questions and explained in detail everything I needed to know and more! Amazing! I called this morning to see if they could squeeze me in for a pre-purchase inspection and I was able to get in this afternoon. They finished ahead of schedule and for a fair price. I also didn't expect a ride, I expected to wait on site, but they were able to take me home to wait instead, as well as bring me back when finished. HIGHLY recommend.

The wait was about a week understandable everywhere right now is booked out weeks, I took my car in on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon they had my vehicle finished, with all my issues I was having gone! This place was cheaper than other quotes I got and they really seem to know what they are talking about and explain what they are doing so you don’t feel like you are getting ripped off! Would definitely recommend this place !! Fast, Friendly efficient, and budget friendly!

I trusted the reviews here... My old car has 174k miles and suddenly needed a new radiator and then a tuneup. In a month's time I have spent $1200 here. First $800 for a new radiator with parts and labor and then $400 for spark plugs and wires.
I trust them - the quality parts and the workmanship. This place is crazy busy but organized. They listen and take good notes - then before returning the car they do a test drive for quality. All work is guaranteed.

They did a fantastic job, and I've driven half-way crosscountry to prove it.
The repair was professional and expedited to help me out (which I so appreciate!)
But, it wasn't just the good work they did on my Nissan, while I was in the waiting room I saw many regular customers come and go - everyone was pleased with the work done and ready to schedule their next service, or their other vehicle. This spoke volumes to me. I don't think I've been at a garage with so many satisfied customers.

I own a 1992 Toyota 4Runner. It is in great shape having been well-maintained over the years, and she runs like a champ. I called The Mechanic twice for an estimate on some service (not repair) work on my front and rear differentials, a throttle position sensor, and an oil change. Pretty straight forward maintenance. one guy was willing to give me an estimate, but I missed his call. I called yesterday, and was told that they have stopped working on older model vehicles because parts were hard to find, yah-dah, yah-dah, yah-dah. I know for a fact that parts are available. Chuck charged me $700.00 to repair car promising it was safe. It broke down on highway leaving me stranded out of state for exactly what he was suppose to fix. He then refused to repair his own poor work and now stealing from me. Don't trust his lies

I have taken my Jeep here three or so times over the past several years for minor maintenance and tune-ups, as well as a few more major repairs like fuel pump replacement and cooling system work. The job is always done quickly and professionally, and the prices are extremely reasonable! Some repairs actually cost less than half what other shops and dealerships wanted to charge. I have never had a single issue with any of the work performed on my vehicle here.

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic who will take care of your vehicle as if it were his own, then this is your best choice!
I brought my car in today after the trunk wouldn’t latch, and the owner personally took care of it as soon as I arrived, out in the freezing cold and snow, no less! They were also very busy, but he helped me anyway. He was kind to me and well prepared, it seemed, for any fix.
My husband has brought his SUV in for various jobs, and we always receive accurate and fair work and prices.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for my experience at The Mechanic. When I called The Mechanic, I spoke with a very helpful person named Chris. He listened to me, despite my incorrect terminology and answered my questions about pricing. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, David helped me figure out exactly what I needed to have done. Oil change, tire rotation/balance and trip check. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing; however, he didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and voicing concerns. He took my number and said it would be a couple

After getting an appointment for the next day I stopped at The Mechanic to have my 2016 Subaru Forester checked as a message light came on indicating an inspection of engine and tires was needed immediately along with an oil and filter change. I hoped this was just a routine message based on just hitting 40k on the odometer. Chuck was so nice and welcoming at the front counter. He said we can check that out. His service tech went out and checked things out did a quick reset and I was on my way quickly and with no charge. I'll be back for sure when I need an actual service performed.

I've sadly never had a good experience with a mechanic....UNTIL I brought my car to Chuck & David at The Mechanic! I had a check engine light & brought it in because of other good reviews they had here on Yelp....and they DID NOT disappoint. They diagnosed it quickly, gave me options and information I needed to make my decision and were super friendly! The costs we're beyond fair and they even got my emissions test done for me knowing I had to get it for my registration renewal!!
This is now my mechanic and I highly recommend them to fellow Burqueans!!!

Always great service very honest will tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait and even things that need to be done that are for comfort only. So u can go with what ur budget allows at the time. Took it in for brakes last time he told me I didn't need brakes they were fine. Anywhere else I'm sure I would've been getting brakes on all 4 wheels. I take all my cars there even oil changes and batteries he will beat the price and get a neighborhood type mechanic job atmosphere and service.

Wow - don't find many places like this anymore. Made an appointment two days ago, dropped my truck off this morning and instead of waiting at their store, they suggested they drive me over to a Satellite Coffee to wait - so I obliged.
Two hours later, I called to check in and they informed me that my brakes didn't need any work but they would go ahead and perform some additional preventative things and have me on my way. Drum roll please...$88.00 Bucks!
