There is a Doctor available by phone for emergencies outside of normal business hours for established patients to our practice that are having a serious issue. If you are having an emergency, and have not seen our Doctors before or you are unable to get in touch with us, you should report to the Emergency Room at Albany Medical Center.

Thomas Bailey, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive eye care including diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal problems.He also performs post- cataract laser surgery. Dr. Bailey graduated from Columbia College in NYC where he was Battalion Commander of his ROTC unit.
