Tony has a great selection of shoe & foot care inserts. he also has the master cobbler skills. I've been getting my shoes repaired here for years & I just dropped off a couple pairs that will be ready in a week!! Great little shop for just about all your shoe repair needs. Everytime I go in it's the same friendly guy, he is super nice. The prices are fair and the craftsmanship is wonderful. I took my Birkenstocks there to be re-soled and even got extra reinforcement on the heels where I tend to wear it down fast, they turned out great and it took less than a week for them to do. I took another pair of Birks in to have a few more holes added to the straps so they could be tightened more and he was able to do it on the spot, free of charge. I highly recommend this place. Does some things well, other things not so much. I have had two pairs of shoes fixed here. First pair was great. The second pair of shoes did not go well. When I came in I showed the guy at the counter my shoes and asked if he could repair them even with the outer sole consisting of a soft rubber layer over a fluffy insole (see images). He said he could do it and that it would take five days which led me to believe he was going to do it right.
I had my partner pick the shoes up for me as I was out of town. When I got the final result I was really shocked. It was just an inch of foam and looked

Dropped my shoes off before the COVID shutdown, didn't know if I was ever going to receive them back when the shutdowns started.
Got a nice call from the owner letting me know they were safely re-opening and to come by for easy pickup. Did a great job resoling my boots & big thanks for letting me know they were ready as soon as it was safe to open back up!

Tony and his guys always do amazing work. I wear my shoes into the ground, and he goes above and beyond to take care of them. This was my third or fourth time in the shop, and he did not disappoint! New leather soles, new rubber sole protectors, new heals, rebuilt toe caps, rebuilt suede heal cups - the works! He’s also so friendly every time. Thanks Tony!

Parking is a hassle, so brace yourself. Once the nightmare is over and you find yourself in the shop you are greeted by the sight of a well-used work area. An area made for leather working and shoe making. Smells of leather, oils and polishes mix harmoniously. The two gentlemen that helped me were quick to see to my needs albeit with broken English and heavy accents, however that proved no burden as they were very capable. Friendly and quick (week turnaround) I'm very satisfied with the work.

No rating. The craftsmanship here is terrible and they don't stand behind their work. They charged me $80 to resole a pair of shoes and after 4 months of very limited use, the soles were terribly cracked and coming unglued. The owner did not even offer to try to fix them. I would not recommend this shoe repair store to anyone. They need to hire someone that knows what they are doing because the person doing the work now obviously doesn't. Don't give this guy your hard earned money like I did. All you will get is excuses when you bring them back.
