Great shop with wonderful raffles and service. I won a raffle but was unable to claim my prize on time due to circumstances, but the raffle was completely legit and fair! Shout out!

I bought a pair of shoes in the wrong size, and even though the item was non-refundable they made an exception for me. I always appreciate this as a customer as it illustrates that money is not the only concern, the customer's experience is as well.

I went to the Darkside Initiative out of curiosity, since I don't consider myself as a sneaker fan. But boy, do they deliver! Fancy store, helpful and passionate people, and just like that I got out with a pair of Nike Cortez Stranger Things kicks. Which is fortunate, since they are sold out in my country (France).
And it is a 5 mn walk from the Coit tower for fellow tourists. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. La bise !

Awesome store with various types of street wear like Neighborhood, Cav Empt, Carhartt, Nikelab and Wtaps. Nice selection of shoes (mostly sneakers), bags, and accessories. The employees were really chill and very helpfull. I'll definitely come back again!

Good selection of higher end streetwear labels. The workers are kinda lame tho. I asked them if there were any other shops like theirs that I could visit and they acted as if they didn't want me to shop anywhere else.

A salesperson there really pissed me off once. I bought a tshirt and was ok for me when I was at the store then I came back home and found it was a lot loose on the shoulder. was trying to exchange and couldnt find my size. At last I decided to return it but a sales said no just because he said I tried it on and they have some kind of policies for rejecting returning even tho the tag is still on it. I would never come again and suggest my frds to buy stuff there.
