Do not bother with this company. They took my husband's application fee but stated they never received the application. . . But they sure got our money fast...
We recently switched careers and locations so we didn't have pay stubs yet to give them. We offered to pay for the whole lease up front instead of showing proof of income. They said okay. The very next day they said they required pay stubs. You're money is better spent somewhere else that has their business together

Went to go tour this place and the lady giving the tour told me i couldn't take pictures to show my fiancée. I have never been told that i cant take pictures during a tour. The lady was really rude the entire time i was there as if i was an inconvenience to her. The unit was big and spacious but she seemed sleazy and was ignorant the entire tour.

They are money stealing, liars, rude staff, and will take 85% of your deposit. The staff being maintenance and the landlords are absolutely worthless low life individuals. They will charge you for everything and wont fix anything we lived in a house with a hole that they cut in the wall due to a leakage from pipes. The pipes were old and rusted and after they finally repaired the pipes they left the hole open in which black mold was in the area. Our son got sick from the mold and after 4 months they still hadn't fixed it in which we moved out. Then charged us for the hole in the wall $300 off our

Unfriendly staff who will lie to your face. Had a roommate leave our dwelling, and they made us sign another year-long lease instead of just writing a new one for the remaining term. Then keep all of our deposit because of this bs. Do they reward on-time and reliable payments? Nope. Had our rent go up twice.
Also, don't expect maintenance to be very helpful or quick. Had a door that wasn't latching well and would leak air like a screen door, but they would never fix it. Had to do my own bug spraying as well. You'll want to get some Ortho Home Defense to keep the spiders at bay.
