2. Stability Level- This type of shoe has increased density foam on the inside of the heel/ arch to prevent the foot from pronating. Most runners/walkers fall in this category. 3. Motion Control: These shoes will often not only have an increased density foam along medial arch / heel, but they will also have a plastic insert in the medial heel called a bridge to increase stability.

First time in life where reviews and actual experience align - absurdly high charge for ultrasound with no consult/input on cost and rude calls for payment. Add in bills that have no online payment option, not even an envelope to mail payment to a billing service (reticent to mail payment to an office that operates as they do). Avoid at all costs - or just buy some new shoes and save ~$800.

The charges are absurd.
Initial charges were $1,147, for less then 1-hour consultation, then we supposedly got a 'discount'. What we got out of it was that we need to buy new shoes. What a robbery.
We are currently on the hook for $486.30 for two 30-minute visits, which were mostly sales pitches for their custom inserts.
I will update my review after I talk to them about this. I am going to share this on my community forum, with 1500 households. I will also add a snapshot of my bill so people know what they are getting into.

I saw Dr. Cassidy some months ago for constant foot pain that was not responding to physical therapy or other conservative treatments. I saw many other doctors as well in various specialties (neurology, pain medicine, etc.), and Dr. Cassidy was the one doctor out of all of them who insisted that there had to be something going on in my back causing the pain. It turns out, he was correct. More detailed MRI images confirm that I have cysts in my spinal canal constantly pushing on the nerves that travel all the way down to the bottom of the feet. Unlike the other podiatrists that evaluated my condition

I saw Dr. Cassidy today, and felt like he gave me great information and advice. He used ultrasound to look at the structures of my feet, which other doctors hadn't done. He favors starting with the simplest solutions, which I agree with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having foot problems.

Doctor Cassidy is smart, savy and personable Prior to seeing Dr Cassidy
my Husband went to a conventional wound care center for 14 months with
only conventional methods used. The wound was not healing. We decided to go to an independent podiatrist, Dr. Cassidy who applied a material to the wound and gave it individualized attention. In 4 weeks, new skin was forming and in 6 weeks it was completely healed. my Husband is now in position for a kidney transplant. it is Dr Cassidy who valued his Life and did what it took to save his Life.

Office visit was $646.00. Warning: he can help you without using his ultrasound machine...which is part of the reason the cost is so high. After insurance, I paid $260. If I didn’t have insurance I would have paid $200.
He gave me a list of tennis shoes I could purchase. My advice would be to try Rogue Running first.
Also, his office lady was super rude when I called about my bill.
