Took my car in to have a leak checked out. Didn't know if it was oil or transmission fluid. Found out it was oil and they suggested a oil change. They had to send for a oil filter. I was they there four hours. What was bad is they gave me NO updates on what was the problem. Spoke to the manager and he said I should have made my my appointment ahead of time and they could have had the oil filter there. I told him I didn't know my leak was going to be a simple oil change. They should have kept me updated on what was taking so long. Was not very happy with their service 😕😒

I was In A panic, when I walked into the shop, see I was supposed to trade my car when I hit a curb, and my car started making the most horrible sound when I made a left turn, from the right wheel. I just knew I was going to have to spend some money. Brian checked me in and I sat and waited, about 30 minutes, then I saw my car being test driven, then up in the air she went. These guys saved me around $1000 and I’m so grateful. I was so sure that I needed to get a part replaced in my car due to a really bad leak. It would have been $1200 of repairs. Firestone took a look at my car, noticed that my power steering reservoir wasn’t the problem. They repaired the leak no problem for $300. I really appreciate their honesty and how they went above and beyond to make sure my car was good.

This is the place to go for the regular maintenance of your vehicle; and they cover everything and follow up is wonderful. They text or email you throughout the service to let you know what is going on with your car and they send an accurate detailed list of all requirements for your vehicle to be at top notch condition. Ozzie and the crew made sure I could drive back home to Oregon after some transmission oil lines left a huge oil leak under my Buick. Excellent service would not describe what we received here at the warmsprings/eastern location. I brought my father's truck in for a few repairs. In the course of information gathering from Chris, I explained my father recently passed and what the truck meant to us. Chris went beyond his usual service of informing us along the way. He made us feel like a family member. It is difficult to explain with words just how wonderful our experience was.
