I lived there for almost 4 years, the gate was never fixed for this so called "gated community" the pool was clean then first year I moved in then after that it was disgusting like green dirty water the remainder of my stay, and the laundromat always a problem with the washers and driers. Also since I've been there they have gone up .50 cents per machine and they eat your coins half the time. Also they have a problem with mold I asked them to fix it and they just painted over the mold in my shower. And the worst part was their cameras don't work and they lack lighting for some areas so my apartment

Water bill nearly doubled due to their toilets leaking when I brought it to their attention, all they said "We can't do anything about it, we did our part to fix it." Even though the water was running constantly. From june 11 - july 8th was apparently my responsibility to get fixed. Never had an issue until now, super rude and unfair.

I would give 0 stars at this point, people at front desk have always been so rude and it never changed. Laundry facilities just eat your coins and don’t work, pool is never clean to use, I’ve only used it one time in the almost 3 years I’ve lived here. When you ask to break your lease because of all inconveniences they tell you no. I’ve been in the heat and cold in these apartments and not once have I been given a courtesy call or a refund, or anything. They choose to say “I’m sorry you feel that way” instead of actually resolving the issues. People here are lazy and will not help

0 stars if I could. Management is misleading and didn't inform me of an "opportunity" fee they wanted to charge which was $150. We were given an ultimatum that day to choose to move in or not, and we decided not to so they kept our money. I understand keeping the application fees and admin fees, but they intentionally misled us and then kept our money. I even asked for a copy of our contract and they won't give me anything. I contacted foresight management, and at first Clarece talked to me, but now they haven't returned my emails. This is what she stated, "Once you have been notified of your approval

Would give 0 stars if I could. The 5 star ratings you see are either fake, people that work here or bots. Negative comments usually get deleted so I don’t know how long this will stay. Everyone that I’ve talked to here has had some sort of trouble either with managing, towing, maintenance, or even privacy intrusion (they can come into your apt even without permission). Overall this place as good a price it may be is just not worth the disrespect. Fat lady in the front always gives everyone an unnecessary attitude, even looking at her watch and sighing anytime I had a question. Doesn’t matter
