Old units and terrible management. Many tenants have dogs - big dogs! I was lunged by different dogs on 3 occasions. It was scary. Maintenance response time was bad and I had to send repeated requests.
They have nice landscaping and the grounds are nicely maintained.
I lived in the old building - Residence 1. Moved in, site unseen since I was from out of town.
The unit itself was old. Kitchen cabinets old and dirty inside and out. The vinyl kitchen countertop had separated from its joints and a breeding ground for mold and bacteria.
The bathtub was stained and grout had mold.

It took them 4 months to send someone to even take a look at my toilet (which I fixed later with my own money). The people at the property office make you feel bad about any requests you put up or questions you ask, and it takes them 2 weeks to respond to a very simple questions.
I moved out early because of their attitude and they promised to find another tenant so I would be free (after I paid a ridiculous amount of reletting fee and other fees) but they did not post the ad on their website until 2 months later in the end I paid four months rent extra. They DO NOT make efforts to re-rent it

The Residents at Edinburg is very lavish. A great family friendly community with easy going neighbors and great staff members. The Residents is nice and classy and would recommend anyone and everyone. Not to mention the pools and gym area is fantastic and open to use for the community. Great job @TheResidentsAtEdinburg!

The staff has made our experience while we were living here soo great! They have truly been fantastic and always out did themselves.
Since the first day walking into the office the amazing atmosphere friendly workers and staff always made you feel very comfortable. Maintenance staff had everything very clean upto date and quick with requests!! Great amenities including Swimming Pool family friendly for little ones and 24-Hour Fitness gyms! I highly recommend living here!

The staff and maintenance staff is great! I had put in a request and they took care of it so fast! The amenities are so clean and new. They have reacted to COVID-19 in such a professional way. This is my first apartment and it has been such a fantastic experience. It’s so quite and cozy here. The community is quite and polite.
